Placed an order this past Sunday at 4:30pm and got a notification that’s they were using DoorDash to deliver it. Tracking the delivery it just kept getting pushed back, so I messaged the driver asking what was going on. She said the person in front of her took my order and that I have to call the store because they gave her the wrong food. I called the store and spoke to a young lady, I don’t recall her name and she asked if I wanted a refund or a remake at this point it was already 5:30pm but I was hungry and so was my family, including my toddler. I asked for a remake and asked if a delivery driver from Pizza Hut could be the one to deliver it instead of DoorDash. She then proceeded to tell me that after 4 PM they use their delivery drivers but before four is DoorDash. Then I was confused because I placed the order after 4 PM so either time it should’ve been a Pizza Hut delivery driver. However, place the order asked if she could throw in a soda for the trouble she said yes. Then I get a notification from DoorDash saying a DoorDash or picked it up and to have $40 in cash ready to pay the driver. So I called the store because I had already paid for the food originally so I shouldn’t have to be paying a DoorDash person anything. Got put on hold couple times for them to confirm that it should’ve been a remake, but it didn’t get marked as a remake and a DoorDasher took it AGAIN. So they canceled the order again. Spoke with a manager named Zach, he said 15 minutes and the driver should be at my house that was at 6 o’clock. By 6:40 PM I still hadn’t gotten any notification that a driver had taken my food. No follow up so I called the store. I asked for a refund but that I still wanted my food delivered. Zach, the manager ensured that I would be getting a refund. Read moreOlder manger lady with the visor hat should be fired. Came in for a pickup order, approached the older manager lady and gave her the name and she said it would be done in just a few mins. So I stepped back and waited. As I see more and more people come in and leave with their pizza, the same lady comes to the counter so I ask nicely how much more time until my order is ready, the mins had gone by at this time and she completely ignored me and walked off. No biggie so I wait longer and see more people get there order as I am confused as to what is taking mine so long. At this point I see thr manger come back out and bend down at the safe that is right under the front counter. So I try to get her attention again and Sht completely ignores me and grabs the money and walks off. So now a younger girl is clocking I and I’m still looking at the older lady in the distance who isn’t acknowledging me at all. So the younger lady serves two people their order and then I ask excuse me can you tell me how much longer for my order. She replies oh that order is right here. I said are you serious I’ve been waiting 20 mins and have time stamps and messages to prove it, she said I’m sorry I just got here and finally gave me my order over 20 mins after the pickup time. I am a kitchen manager and the way that manager ignored me and showed no respect for customer service made me feel like she was a bit racist and definitely should not be running any kind of hospitality establishment. Read moreSadly the experience at this Pizza Hut keeps getting worse. We had no issue with the young lady server, she was plesent. I called before we arrived to verify the buffet hours only to find myself in an endless loop of prerecorded apologies and advertisments, apparently when you stay on hold long enough you get routed to the corporate office who transfered me back to the local store and back into the recording loop when I asked about the hours. Nobody at the store ever answered. We arrived at 12:30 and the pizza and bread on the buffet was room temprature and hard. They finally brought out two cheese pizzas and one with sausage and onion. We waited for a dessert pizza but finally gave up and left. As we were leaving they brought out the first dessert pizza, around 1:05. Also, concerning was that the restroom was out of soap but being used by they employees, none of which replaced the soap. Hopefully the cooks have another option, that includes soap, in the kitchen to clean their hands. Btw, the cold pizza that was on the buffet when we arrived was still there when we left.
