THE FOOD- Every time I come to Alfredo's I get a breakfast burrito with guac (my favorite is the carne asada but the others are great too). I don't know how they do it but the eggs, potatoes and meat are always cooked to perfection. The beef is SO FLAVORFUL. And it's so cheap for the amount of food you get I feel like. Hands down my favorite breakfast place ever. FOOD IS SEVEN STARS LEMME TELL YA.

SERVICE- The only reason I give them a four star rating is because there have been several times when I've had to wait nearly 20-30 minutes to get something through the drive through. Has it been worth the wait? Ohhhh yes. I know that typically the only reason for this is the lack of employees they have at lunch time sometimes. The one girl is trying to take everyone's orders and pay and it's obviously a little overwhelming for her (but shes a sweetheart and her customer service skills are great). I would just say maybe don't come during lunch if you're on a time crunch and it looks a little busy. Or if you order ahead on the phone, GO INSIDE TO GET IT. Don't go through the drive through. You could quite literally get stuck there for a long time since there is no way to escape if someone is in front of you or behind you (speaking from experience here ha).

In the end: get the breakfast burritos, don't go through the drive through, get the green sauces, and tip the main girl in there because...

I ordered a carne asada burrito with extra carne, 5 rolled tacos with toppings, and a carne asada torta. I'm not sure how long l actually waited but I counted at least 15 minutes at the drive thru window. Not one time did the female cashier come to the window. She didn't collect money for my order. She walked past the window and glanced at me multiple times but still never came to the window. I finally got mad and pulled around to go inside and find out where my food was and it was like she saw me and just hurried to bag it even tho it had been sitting there for I don't know how long. The 2 tables that were in use already had their food and I had just sat at the window for at least 15 minutes. There was one car behind me and a second had pulled up as I went inside. With all that I only have 1 question. What are your employees doing? I give your company my hard earned money and they make me wait 15+ minutes without a word and then to top it off they give me some crappy rolled tacos with no sour cream and some guacamole that was not guacamole and the tacos were barely even warm even at the center. Hope this post helps people and they don't waste good money on crappy...

I loved going to this place so much until last night I went to get the asada fries without pico I got home I had pico no big deal I can just pick it out as I was doing so I found a HUGE piece of plastic and not just 1 but 5 hairs in my food I called back super helpful on getting another order I go back I felt bad they were about to close I was gonna tip them and I rolled down my window and she came to the passenger side and just threw it on my seat and walked away with an attitude I’m not the one to complain or anything but that just ruined everything like I know it was late and they were about to close but don’t mention making another plate I was just fine calling in the morning to deal with it :\ I know it doesn’t matter to them but I won’t be going back anymore they probably spit in my 2nd plate of food I didn’t trust it so I just threw that away to and that was another reason why I was totally okay calling in the morning to deal it it :\ I give them 2 stars because at least they tried to fix it and usually other other employees are super sweet it was just whoever was working drive through last night had a big attitude...

Their food is surely edible. Not the best in town, but its UTAH so the picking are slim compared to my former home of San Diego. The breakfast burritos are quite good. Pricing is fair, and service is mediocre. No one can really expect that any authentic style Mexican "fast" food place will truely be fast. They make things to order, and that isn't super speedy... but they do definitely have room to improve in the speed department. Sometimes you can go there and be in and done in less than ten minutes, others not so fast. The last time I was here, they took too long. I waited 6 minutes to get to the menu board (with only one at ahead of me), 3 minutes to be greeted once I was at the board, and 6 more at the window before I got my food. The biggest thing they need to improve on is greeting the customer. I don't like waiting at the menu wondering if they're even there, and I don't like sitting at the window waiting for them to acknowledge my existence.
