so i’ve been coming here for years and i’ve never had a particularly bad experience until tonight. i ordered a bean and cheese burrito, smothered. they asked me which sauce i wanted and i said green. i should specify- i am a vegetarian. we received our food, drove away, and when we stopped to eat i realized my burrito was covered in pork. we drive back, and we pull up to the window as there is no line. the two women working inside looked directly at us multiple times within the 5 minutes we were parked outside the window, the younger one in the pony tail proceeded to check her phone for a solid minute of that time, after noticing us. when she finally opened the window, she opened with “can i help you with something?” in a tone that i can only describe as b*tchy. we explained that our bean and cheese burrito was covered in pork! she came out a few seconds later, after taking the food back which i thought was suspicious (are they gonna hand it back out?), and told us that the chili verde sauce contains beef. now, they asked me “red or green” which does not disclose that there is meat in the sauce, nor did they consider the fact that if someone is ordering a bean and cheese burrito, chances are they don’t want meat. both workers were rude, neglectful, and frankly unprofessional. not...

I went through the drive through and was given three sauces, when I asked if I could have a couple more she told me that there was a limit per customer, and wouldn’t even let me pay for more sauce, so I went inside where there is a sauce bar, and began to fill a couple more, the worker came and tried to grab my hand to stop me, I told her not to touch me and she called the manager and he started yelling at me that there was a limit, I very calmly walked over to three other tables and showed the manager that every single customer in there had more than three, and even one of the customers agreed, but the manager started speaking Spanish in front of me (not knowing that I am fluent in Spanish) and started calling me names out loud in front of the other customers, he said that I was just a white man trying to rob them, I responded in Spanish and told him that I wasn’t robbing anyone. When he realized that I understood everything he was saying he just said “ok sorry, take the sauces and go”. I have been going to Betos/Alveros my entire life, and I’ve never had a bad experience until I went to...
