The first time we tried this place it was great. Very friendly service and everything that was suggested was good. Our daughter just told us that we should try the matchas so we went on Friday morning. When we ordered our drinks the person was extremely annoyed, made it verbally known to us. The next customer came in and ordered a drink, treated the exact same. The worker seemed like he was the only one working, Figured they were just having a bad day. Decided to go back for a matcha Saturday and again, treated very rudely by a different employee. Ordered my food and drinks, told they would make the drinks after she took everyone else's order in line. This would have been fine but more customers kept coming in and they kept taking orders. Finally after waiting 10 minutes we had to interrupt the worker to please make our drinks because our food was getting cold and we needed to leave.

I don't want anyone to get into trouble. This seemed like something that they were trained to do.

We most likely won't be coming back however. It seemed like this employee was also by themselves and it is 10AM on a Saturday morning which is crazy! They obviously need more help if making drinks are this big of a deal and is causing customers to receive...

This doughnuts cafe serves the best matcha I’ve ever had. As someone who’s very particular about matcha, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and balance of flavors in each drink, the ratios were spot on and their boba was perfectly cooked and goes amazing with the matcha. Their doughnuts were equally exceptional. My friend ordered the Boston cream, while I had the classic glazed ring, and both were absolutely outstanding they were very soft, flavorful, and perfectly made. I don't like that you have to tip these people for just doing their job. I tipped them and they didn't even put the cream and sugar in my coffee. I did it myself. This tip culture's crazy. I understand if you made me a drink or brought me my donut out to my table but just by doing your job I have to tip...
