Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint George

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced.

The food was fine. No complaints there really, it was about what you would expect.

When I made my order, they went back and presumably started making it. I could see over the counter that they were doing stuff but they were taking orders from other people and it looked like they were making pizzas instead of sandwiches (I ordered a sandwich). I waited for a long while and then just to make sure mine was being worked on I said to a fellow who appeared to be the manager "Hey is my sandwich being worked on I've been here for 30 minutes or so and I --"

He then cut me off and said "30 minutes? You have not been here for 30 minutes. Calm down."

I was so taken aback by his rudeness in that moment that I just paused and said. "Okay, well it's been awhile. Is my sandwich being worked on?"

To which he replied "it'll be done in a second." And then he turned his back on me and went back to the kitchen.

Maybe 5 minutes later I got my sandwich.

He was probably right, it probably hadn't been 30 minutes. It had probably been 15 or so in reality.

It was truly ridiculous how rudely he responded to my polite question. Must have been having a rough day. Regardless, I won't...

By far the worst service!!!!!! I had ordered my pizza on Saturday the 1st at 530pm. And got an email saying my order was ready and I love 15-20 mins away. I had ordered 2 med pizza pepperoni on both “well done” and deep dish cheese bread. When I had got there no one was even up there to belle any customers, they said it would still be 5-10 mins, so I went to my car and waited. Walked in and still no one to help. An employer has walked up answered the phone and starred at the computer and would not even acknowledge me. asked if it was ready and they said another 5 more mins. Finally got my pizza’s drive home and had two soggy pepperoni pizzas and a supreme. I then called the location and the person who had answered said I can come back in another 20 min drive and grab my cheese bread or I can get a new pizza. I told him I just want my money back for the cheese bread and he needed a manager to see if me could do that. I was on hold for 10 mins and then was hung up on. Called back 2 other times and got no answer. It was seriously the worst customer...

After over 5 years of ordering and being a loyal customer I have been very disappointed in the service that has been provided over the last 90 days. Everything i call to place a order it rings to the pre recording and the wait time is always over 10 minutes, hower this time I drove for 20 minutes with out a answer and was still on pre recorded message when I walked in to the store when I looked at the phone all lines were lighted up green and no one was using the phone, why would.this be this way there were 3 employees and no one can answer a phone. There was on patron in the lobby. And no pizza in the warmer. I asked why I couldn't get through on the phone and showed the employee my phone which was still 20 minutes latter on the pre recording and his response was (ohh we are busy).
