Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint George

Absolutely by far the rudest employee ever tonight. These places do not care one Iota about what you want. Ask for a substitution- he said he couldn’t. & all I asked for was a different sauce. I asked why he said he just can’t? He could’ve done it. He didn’t want to do it. Two very different things. I asked if he was the manager? He said there was no management on shift, lie! You need a manager to close the store. It is also extremely overpriced for what you actually get as I’ve ordered one here before. & now I will never, ever order pizza from them or any Howies ,or give them one more dime of my money, especially after the way that little puke treated me on the phone! Good luck Howies you are going to need it with people like that working your stores, there are to many other pizza joints in this town to choose from, with a lot more choices and much friendlier employees!

Don't trust their online ordering. When you get to the store they will tell you they can't fix it and a manger will call. They did neither. I ordered 2 pizzas on a BOGO. One meat eaters and the one item special. Once I input the BOGO it took me to another screen to input the pizza again. After that happened, I deleted the 2nd duplicate pizza I ordered. It looked correct and calculated my bill at the higher rate with the meat eaters and the BOGO. When the order actually processed it dropped the meat eaters and gave me two lesser pizzas (the one I deleted and the BOGO). I went to the store to pick it up. The guy at the counter calculated the price difference, said I was right and that the manager would contact me. I have not receive any phone calls regarding the error or a refund. Why couldn't he just give a refund then? Better yet, why didn't he offer to make the correct pizza I had already paid for? My receipt said new customer. Wouldn't that have been a clue for special attention to make it right? I guess that was my first...

FOOD POISONING BIG TIME! Thanks a lot, Howie!

Every time my in-laws come into town they want this place. Not anymore! We bought several pizzas from them along with salad last night. Almost everyone went to bed feeling "off". This morning many are throwing up and having diahrea. The person who only had the salad is fine.

Who knows what caused this. They either used bad ingredients or an employee didn't wash their hands. There's no question that this is a result of Hungry Howie's food.

It's heartbreaking to see my kids dry heaving and weak because they have nothing left in their stomachs. All I can do is rub their backs and share the negative experience with others.

The pizza is fairly expensive to begin with. The in-laws think it's great. I think it's very mediocre pizza for the price. The quality is comparable to any other discount pizza joint. Save your money and...
