I see that I am not the only one that has noticed this, by the recent reviews. It used to be that Jimmy Johns was one of the few fast food places that actually confirmed the order when it was ordered, when you drove up to the window to pay, they would confirm it again, as they were taking payment, and when they gave you the completed order, they confirmed it again, as well as if the order was paid in cash, they actually confirmed the order amount and counted back the change properly. This is VERY rare, and apparently is not going on anymore here. I ordered last night at the drive up, giving the # of sandwich and the name of the sandwich. When I drove up to the window, nothing had been confirmed, and I asked myself if I gave the correct sandwich, and it wasn't what I thought I had ordered, which I am not perfect either. I could have given the wrong sandwich. Fortunately I asked, and they made sure the sandwich was what I ordered, which it was. From a business standpoint, and a team communication and satisfaction perspective, this should be basic expected communication when you place an order anywhere. Thanks for making the sandwich correctly, and I hope you return to the fantastic service you used to provide consistently. Read moreI feel so bad giving 1 star.. I never do this, but I was very disappointed in my very very simple order tonight. I love this place and have never had any issues until now, I went to drive thru this evening, I was literally the only person there, they were not busy at all, I ordered a number 2, regular roast beef, which is my go to... I got it without lettuce but asked them to please not scoop out the bread I like the bread. Easy right? Just the one sub nothing else... I got home and went to eat it and the bread was scooped out, which I could've gotten past no problem, but my cheese was missing, there was literally only one long, thin piece of meat on it, and the tomatoes were so small they made me laugh, quarter sized, and I got 3 of them! 1 piece of meat, almost no bread, $8? It was a very very sad looking sub and with virtually no meat, no cheese and the lacking of veggies it was like eating a slightly roast beef flavored sub with mostly mayo and nothing...
Read moreTerrible customer service. About a week ago I had ordered a sandwich for delivery for lunch and when it arrived it was made wrong even though it was correct on the ticket. So I called the store and the kid who answered was nice and said they would just put a credit on my phone number so that I could get the same thing a different time which I was fine with and thought was super nice. However today I go to use the credit in the drive thru and I’m told that there is no credit on my account, then I’m asked to come inside to speak with a GM because they have a line?? Why should I have to come inside when the mistake was mode by your team members/management. It’s also not my problem if you have a line, I’m a customer too and should be just as important.
Super disappointing experience, I ended up just paying for my food so that I wasn’t late getting back from lunch.
I would also add that the kid at the window was friendly and it’s not his fault someone...
