Absolute garbage! I want the owner of this store to reply to this review (contact me) and make this right! Your policy about mistakes made by your employees is ridiculous and insulting to your customers. My order was screwed up and when I called in to report it I was told I'd have to bring the pizza back to "prove" I wasn't lying! After arguing with the teenage "manager" about the absurdity of this I brought the pizza back in, and was told I would NOT be allowed to get the correct pizza until they took the mistake from me. So your POLICY is to not compensate your customers when you've screwed up? Not only that, but you make them drive back in, prove they're not lying, then take back what should rightfully be theirs? Asinine! Show me you actually care about your customers and make this right. On top of this, I was not apologized to for the error at all, GARBAGE. I’ve been ordering and picking up pizza from this location for years. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up in my way home. I ordered a Hawaiian on thin crust and a Chicken,bacon artichoke delight on thin crust which delight refers to. Getting home I realized that the chicken bacon artichoke delight had been prepared on thick crust. I called to make them aware of their mistake and the only response I received was that I should have asked for thin crust, which I did, and that the new employees just didn’t know? As a matter of fact the person offered no apology and was quite abrupt. I hope that management reads my concern and addresses how employees might better handle a similar situation in the future. Great location, and pretty good pizza. Everything is made really fresh and it is fully customizable. Their prices are a little bit higher but if you can catch it on sale it is an amazing deal. I have recently discovered the ground garlic option, if you like garlic this is awesome!

I do wish they would add a bit more sauce, you can ask for more but sometimes I forget. Also, depending on who is working it can be either a good or bad experience. The waiting chairs are nice, but they seem to be getting dirty.

They also offer other options such as salads and cookie dough, mmm. Their cookie dough doesn't make the best cookies but is really good raw (I know I know).
