Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint George

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a business. I’m okay waiting and I understand when a business may be running behind, but after waiting an hour and a half for one pizza it was absolutely pathetic. Not only did I myself wait an hour and a half later than my original pick up time standing in the store for my pizza I also witnessed multiple door dash people leave or get their orders cancelled and people come in and demand refunds for no leadership telling anyone the estimated time for their food was a lie nor would it be later. After an hour of waiting if it wasn’t for me going up and asking the girl after being told my order would be ready soon, I would have never received it. I myself had to go into their receipts at the front and find my receipt as no one else would and then give it to them to only find out they forgot my order. After an hour and a half of being told it was coming I had for dash people come up to me after trying to come back for another order tell me they felt awful for me. They gave me for empathy than the actual employees…. I think the worst part is there was a severe lack of leadership from the adults and managements. At no time did they ever come in to address the issue and the only thing I received was a “sorry” as I got my pizza. Absolutely disastrous of an experience and I would recommend someone go to any other pizza place...

Several times I have ordered from the place, I order extra cheese, give me lots of sauce instead. I live three miles from this location and it's too easy for their drivers to not figure out how to punch in my address in there phones or even bother calling me for directions. I had ordered at one time Breadsticks and Fries with a Pepsi at 8 PM my time, then at midnight, FOUR HOURS LATER! Get my stuff, it was cold, and the guy scolded me for going out of his way to make my late order. These people have no respect for their jobs and take a deuce on any customers they deem problematic. Then other times, it will take so long because they have a mentally disabled driver somehow! Downsyndrome! Some how able to drive, he couldn't even speak right when giving me my order and disputed me saying that I didn't order something that was clearly on the ticket and had to call the manager. All in all, order Dominos, just as far, but actually gets to your house within 15...

Sometimes we get so busy and work late that we need a quick meal solution that delivers..but we live in a town where places close fairly early. Other pizza huts in town close at 11pm but the one we live by closes at 10pm.. We've wanted to order food around 950pm more than once and I'd obviously be fine with it coming from a spot that doesn't close in 10minutes, but the app automatically sets me up with the sunset store based off my address. Feeling like a jerk I've ordered from there just before closing, (I tip a lot) but am nervous the employee will be disgruntled they're getting off later thanks to me...however they've always been totally friendly and made me feel comfortable with my jerky ordering time and my food is always perfect!
