Mac & Cheese! I was super excited to try this place out. Atmosphere is a laidback vibe, modern and fun. Service was great, friendly & timely. The food looked so good! Unfortunately, It wasn’t great. I ordered Mac with mixed Cheddar & Gouda cheese, brisket, broccoli and bbq drizzle and a side of garlic cheese bread. I wouldn’t bother paying the extra $3 for brisket, there’s less than 1/4 cup and it’s dry. The broccoli was in between raw and slightly cooked. I expected it to be cooked or steamed so it was a little weird. The actual Mac & Cheese was good not a lot of flavor, but good. The garlic cheese bread is really good! Definitely the best thing I ordered. I think this would be good for young kids 10 and under. I wouldn’t go again, but if I had young kids I probably would go for the basic Mac&Cheese.

I really wanted to love Roni’s, but it didn’t live up to the hype. There was no ice available for drinks, and the name board system felt chaotic- an employee even admitted that it “just tosses names around,” which explains the confusion. The board said 14 minutes, but we waited over 30- and even after it said “almost ready,” it was another 20 minutes. The bacon was chewy instead of crispy, and even after paying $2 extra for more sauce, the mac and cheese was still on the dry side. The total was $50, and after an $8 tip and tax, it came to $66- for mac and cheese. Overall, it felt expensive for what you get. The concept is fun, but for the price, I expected better quality and attention to detail.

SAD...about sums it up, unevenly cooked tasteless expensive bad mac and cheese. If you get the BBQ sauce that's all you taste. Even if you mix up the cheese they taste bland and there is no real difference. $50 for 2 small plates, drinks and some ok cheese bread. The workers seem to be in their own world instead paying attention. When we were called for our food they could not even tell me witch meal was witch. Basically take a bite and figure it out yourself.

In the words of Squidward Tentacles: "Why...this macaroni and cheese may be the most...Horrible! Putrid! Poorly prepared! Vile! Unappetizing! Disgusting excuse for a meal, that has ever been my displeasure to have slither down my throat! And I curse this pasta to an early and well-deserved grave!" In all seriousness, we spent $50 for 4 orders of macaroni and cheese, 2 orders of cheesy bread, and 2 bags of chips. The macaroni was dry, bland, and had a gritty texture... definitely not rich and creamy like you'd expect. The bacon was gross and had a rubbery texture. I expected the bacon to be crispy! (Pretty sure bacon bits were used) Surprisingly, the cheesy bread was the most appetizing part of the meal. I was really excited when I heard about this place...my kids love macaroni and cheese, but they were extremely disappointed and couldn't bring themselves to eat the stuff. Frankly, we could've purchased 14 boxes of Annie's deluxe macaroni and cheese for the same price! For the price we paid, what a let down. I hope...

Honestly expected way better experience, the place was dirty food and trash all over the floor, the fixins for the food were all over the counter, didn’t look sanitary at all the atmosphere was not it. The kids working, didn’t greet customers, sat there and talked and gossiped the whole time. Didn’t pay attention to whomever was coming or going. Multiple people were standing there waiting for their food and weren’t acknowledge at all. There was a kid who came in who just said he shaved his head, and had to show everyone and they all stopped what they were doing so they could see him take his hat off and the kid was literally covered in so much hair. No professionalism at all. Also random kids came in talking to the kids working and the kids who came in just started reaching over and took cups and hanging all over the counters. Also everyone just disappeared for a minute. Definitely more of a high school hangout than a restaurant. Left very disappointed. I don’t...
