I bought a sectional at Blvd Home during their New Years tax free sale on 1/1/22. The saleswoman, Lori R, wrote up the bill supposedly according to what we wanted. We waited 2 full months for the sectional to be delivered, and when it came, the corner piece was missing. I called the store for 2 straight days and left messages for the saleswoman without a return call. Finally, the third day, she called me back and basically said after her mistake, and the amount of time we had to wait for an incorrect delivery, the best she could do was give us 10% off on the missing piece. I asked for something better, as the same thing happened to a friend with an Ashley Home Store purchase, and they were given the missing piece at no charge, plus $200 back on the total price of their sectional for the delay. I got a call from the manager, Jason. He said he told Lori not to even give 10% off on the mistake, only to give 5%, and that was all they would do. My take away: make any further home furnishing purchases somewhere besides Blvd Home, where customers pay for Blvd employees' mistakes.

Beware: Blvd has changed. They used to go out of their way to show gratitude to customers, but now they must be big enough that they don’t care about customers anymore :( Blvd home sells all the appliances to Artisan Homes in Pecan Valley in Hurricane. We built a vacation home and purchased high end appliances. We purchased two sets of double ovens, we recently tried to us use the lower ovens (370 days after installation) and discovered they wouldn’t heat. Blvd home told us it was an electrical issue. We paid an electrician several hundred dollars to pull the ranges and diagnose. Turns out It wasn’t an electrical issue at all. We also discovered that the appliances weren’t installed properly by Blvd initially. When blvd came out again we were told that they don’t know what the problem is, but it is now out of warranty. The technician also didn’t reinstall the ranges correctly and left parts out. Extremely frustrating experience. They must be too big to care anymore.

My parents purchased a sofa-bed for their rental property, but it became damaged within just three months. When they sought repair options, the Blvdhome Repair guy in St. George quoted them $150 just to assess the damage, which seemed excessive. The Cedars location suggested it wouldn't be cost-effective to repair the sofa-bed due to the expense of parts, labor, and shipping. Despite needing proof for an insurance claim, the repair guy in St. George refused to provide a quote without the upfront fee. Fortunately, the Cedars location was more helpful, providing a statement supporting the decision not to repair the sofa-bed and aiding with the insurance claim process. The St. George location's unwillingness to assist my elderly parents seemed greedy and exploitative, while the care and assistance provided by the Cedars location were greatly appreciated. I recommend avoiding the St. George location and opting for Cedars instead.

EDIT AFTER 7 MONTHS THEY FINALLY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW BUT WITH LIES! WE STILL NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE We were excited to buy our furniture back on Aug 3rd, and the process went great.... until the day came that our furniture was supposed to be delivered. We were originally told at worst we should receive our item in 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and I messaged our sales person asking for an update. He said it should be delivered Sep 21st. On September 23 I asked for an update and was told it would be another few weeks because they gave my item away. Which I already paid for back on Aug 3rd. At this point I was frustrated since I paid for the item, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and assured me my item wasn't sold to another person. However they forgot to put in my order until the end of Aug. He offered me a partial refund for my troubles and assured me the delivery date would be Oct 21st. Well I never got my partial refund and when Oct 21st came, I once again called to follow up and was told NOW my item would be 3 more weeks!!!! I have left messaged with both Cam and Jason with know return calls (the people I was directed to, to help) and now it's been almost 3 months and not only does The BLVD have my money this whole time, they have not given me my item, and still No refund. I would stay away from the company. I was excited to by furniture for my new home and was hoping to use them however I would rather go somewhere else who would not only appreciate my business, but actually give me the items I paid for, or call back a customer who was...

We purchased a sectional for our new home a little over two years ago. We have hardly ever used it except for a few times when our family comes. For the first time, I took it all apart to vacuum under the cushions. I noticed one of the cushions sunk down more than the others. My husband looked at it and said it appears that a rod had broken. I called Blvd Homes and since we didn’t purchase an extended warranty it would not be covered by them. What poor quality. I can’t even imagine what bad shape the couch would be in had we used it every day. We trusted Blvd Homes to have quality products but will not any more. For an update Boulevard Homes called after we posted the review and offered to come look at the couch. He just examined it without taking the cover off underneath and said he would report back to Blvd Homes. They called us with an offer to repair it if we would pay for the labor. After my husband took off the cover on the bottom of the couch, there were two support boards that were hanging loose. We couldn’t believe they would use staples to put them on instead of screws. No wonder it fell apart. What poor quality. My husband will repair it using screws and will probably end up having to take apart the other sections and replace the staples with screws too. So sad about the poor quality of the sectional. My advice would be to buy the extended warranty on all purchases because your probably...

Very dissatisfied with the service department of Blvd Home’s St. George location. We purchased a high end appliance package for a new build, which they installed Feb 2024. Immediately we noticed the 48 inch custom hood insert was significantly damaged. Blvd Home said it would take weeks to replace. We were fine with that because at least we had functioning ventilation. Yesterday (nearly two months later) the installer arrived and installed the replacement unit. Not long after install we began hearing consistent knocking coming from the hood insert. We can hear it throughout our home and it’s a nuisance. I called Blvd Home multiple times, and the next day finally received a response it will take 6 days for a technician to come out to inspect and repair. After telling the rep that is unacceptable and unprofessional, the rep’s manager, Paul, told me the best they can do is 4 days from now. I offered the technician to come after business hours, but nope they are inflexible. We have a puppy dog that wakes up at night with loud noises. I’m unimpressed. Blvd Home’s service department = professionalism in word, but not deed. Buyer beware the deficiencies in Blvd Home’s service department in St. George. They operate like a large corporation that is multiple levels removed from good quality...
