Starbucks — Restaurant in Saint George

Ordered two drinks at the drive thru, one of them was wrong. It was filled 3/4 of the way with milk; it had an extra shot in it and just tasted like milk. I went in to get it fixed. One person started helping me and she was nice, then another came up to ask why I didn’t like it, then another. The other two seemed like they wanted to make a bigger deal out of it and made me explain to both of them. I explained it was just too much milk. They acted like what I said was ridiculous, one of them said “so you don’t want milk?” Then one started making my drink again, the whole time they made comments and when he had remade my drink he put so much ice that most of the shots didn’t fit into the cup and there was no room for milk. Then he said “that’s all that can fit so do you want milk or not?” I said yes, he put a splash in and then handed it to me and said “let me know if that’s wrong and I guess we’ll figure something out.” It doesn’t take three people to remake a coffee. It was clear the other two wanted to have a Karen moment but it wasn’t that, so they were trying to make it out to look like it was. Definitely not a safe space or...

Sometimes I just want to skip drive thru or a Starbucks inside a grocery store and actually go inside with my family and sit down like the old days. Went on Labor Day Monday morning.

We were welcomed verbally. There were the cutest tiny cups of Pumpkin Spice Lattes samples on the counter for free to try. I was already going to order one. The lady with the blonde hair from SoCal was really friendly and patient with our large breakfast order.

The tables and chairs were clean inside. The atmosphere is cozy. The tunes were pumping. You can also sit outside. There’s a parking lot and drive thru. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards and get those points towards freebies and discounts. They had a fun fall display of tumblers mugs and merch.

Great location and great service! I've seen these employees be victimized by horrid customers regarding masks (when they were required). The one that sticks out the most and that I witnessed first-hand was from a local business owner, Nick Nascimento. He belittled staff when he was asked to wear a mask, and then proceeded to verbally attack my daughter in front of the store as he was leaving. He then CALLED ME AT WORK because I left a review for his obvious horrible professional behavior and asked me to take that review down. He apologized. Seeing his review from that day tells me he was only trying to save his reputation. Provent Pest Control acted like a petulant child at this location and I can't imagine that his business practices are much better. It is unreal how poorly customers feel entitled to treat the people that are providing them with a service. It is embarrassing, really. This last year has shown the true colors of so many...
