Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint George

Well for starters, let me just say HAPPY NEW YEAR. Wishing peace, prosperity, and pickles to you and yours in this fresh new season of life. Okay now for my review. When I first got there, it wasn’t too crowded but maybe like an average crowded for Saint George Utah. The people in front of me yelled at their kid to be quiet but who can blame them, kids can be pretty annoying. They ordered a 6 piece nugget. Then my tall brother ordered like a champ. He goes to Wendy’s often after school, home, or work, so he had his order memorized so good he could probably say it in his sleep. Then I was next but had to wait for approximately 5-10 minutes to order which is approximately 300-600 seconds, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because that’s kinda a long time. When it was my turn, I ordered a $5 biggie bag. I like to order the 4 for 4 because it’s fun to say forforfor, but sadly they changed their prices and broke my heart. The guy who took my order seemed like he was new so that’s probably why it was taking a while, but he was nice. He spelled my name completely wrong, but I think Wendy’s trains their employees to spell everyone’s name completely wrong, so I’d say he’s doing pretty well. When I got my food, I also chose a drink to drink. I chose Sprite Zero because only satan drinks sugary drinks, and I don’t vibe with that cuzzo. So then I ate my food. Some nuggets, fries, and a jr bacon cheeseburger, and also ketchup because I don’t like raw tomatoes. Then my dad appeared at the window to come pick me up. Overall I’d rate this better than other establishments in the area, like Burger King, other Burger King and the such as and so on. Thank you for reading, and again HAPPY NEW...

I’ve never had a worse experience getting food, than I did tonight. The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star, is cause there’s not a negative 10 option. I went at 11:30 PM, and ordered a biggie bag meal. The kid serving me had no clue what planet he was on. Didn’t give me a straw, or my nuggets. Which wasn’t a huge deal, but I came back and got there at 11:49 PM (11 mins before close). Because my girlfriend also wanted some food. The kid running the drive through asked what I wanted, and was cut off by a coworker and shut off his mic and pretended he didn’t know I was there. Also there was a car behind me that arrived the same time as me. So at 11:56, I was sick of waiting and drove to the window. All 3 kids working told me they were closed and will not be making me food. I calmly explained my frustration and that I was being ignored at the speaker, and had also been waiting for 10 MINUTES!!. He was not understanding and a girl in the back was yelling “we’re closed I’m not making food”. He ended up giving me a cold 10 piece, and a completely liquid frosty to “make up for it” I also explained that I had previously been there 15 minutes before, and my nuggets that I paid for were not given to me. Two weeks ago I waited a very long time for an order and as an apology I was given a coupon for a free combo meal from one of the Wendy's employees (I didn't ask for this or request any type of compensation, it was just given to me by an employee). I just tried to redeem it today as it expires next week and the manager very rudely told me they don't accept them. I tried to explain that I was given the coupon by an employee at this same exact location and she again very rudely cut me off and said they don't have that coupon and she's never seen it before. She said it with a such an attitude and was looking at me so dirty it was like she was accusing me of trying to scam them with something fake. I even said "okay, thank you" to be polite before driving away and she just rolled her eyes. I just don't understand why she would be so rude and treat me that way when I got the coupon FROM THEM at the exact same location. It would be fine if she told me it was given by mistake or something and was nice about it, as I never even requested or expected a coupon in the first place. But instead I was treated like a criminal and I will never...
