Zeppe's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard - Sunset — Restaurant in Saint George

My mom bought 2 regular zeppe drinks on Nov 11th. She has never been there. So she asked if the drinks or custard had coconut oil or pineapple in them. She was told no. She ordered a vanilla custard with rootbeer and a peach custard with strawberry sugar Free. She took the drink home and gave me one. Oce I took a bite and I immediately started having a reaction to the drink. She called the store and told them there was pineapple or coconut oil in the drinks even after she asked about it. She went back in on Nov 13th for a refund, the owner was there and was not happy. She told him, that because their drink almost sent her daughter to the ER. He kept trying to not give her the refund. He said it hurt his business giving bad reviews. She was there for 10 minutes while he tried to convince her she didn't need a refund. Finally he gave the refund and as she was leaving he told her not to come back. She said: "I promise you I will never come back...
