Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

We went there today for pizza. The girl that was taking orders and making the pizza was very pleasant and worked hard to get everything done.the pizza was good (as dominos could be) the problem with this place is not enough staff! I've worked on a pizza place. We at least had two people on staff. Most times more! She tried her hardest and did well. The management is the problem! As we sat for an hour for our pizza I noticed.. how dirty the place was! The glass around the kitchen was splattered with food, there was pizza sauce on the ceiling and the front door was disgusting! This is not this girl's fault! She was busting her tail to get the food out. She couldn't possibly clean too! Time to stop being cheap and have more than one person on a shift! Not to mention it's not safe for her to be alone in that area! We saw some sketchy shit outside while we were there! Don't let this place go Domino's, because you are to cheap to hire more people! I frequently order from dominos I usually pre order online for later in the day that day. in this last year service and quality is improving every time. The young man making the food and who is sometimes my driver is always friendly, he's on time and my food is always hot and made with care. They recently hired a lady driver I've never had until last weekend but, I'm glad I did . She was friendly, on time and you could tell she was happy doing her thing. I've had issues in the past years ago with orders under done and mistakes made but, they are stepping up and I think it's important to acknowledge that. It doesn't have to be perfect to be good. I think the inside of the store could use a consistent once over and slowly improve the atmosphere for patrons. Every order we have ever made there has been messed up, this time was the last straw so I decided to post a review!

Here are the issues we routinely have with Domino's, Pizza's never cut all the way, they look cut but the crust is still always intact, Toppings never correct like adding cheese to a no cheese pizza or ordering a pepperoni pizza and getting cheese instead.

You would think getting a replacement would be quicker too, call up and point out what they did wrong and they would or at least should throw a new one in the oven and get it on its way, as of this review i have been waiting over an hour now for our replacement on tonight's order!

Calling up to complain isn't very easy with this restaurant either, tonight for example we tried calling, and was placed on hold so long that it disconnected our phone call!
