Wasn't impressed with my subway experience tonight. My wife and I enjoy subway on busy work nights or late laundry nights. Tonight we worked all day did laundry and decided to stop and get subs. We walked in and go up to the counter. A gentman behind the counter asked us what we would like. My wife said just one moment. The gentleman behind the counter rudley said well I don't have time to wait and stormed off. I almost at that point wanted to just walk out of there. When working in customer service a employee should treat paying customers with respect and be nice. I enjoy having subway and I have never had any issues. But I am not impressed. Not professional...

I was willing to overlook the fact that it might have been inmates on work release making my lunch, but I can't overlook the ridiculous amount of money they think their sandwiches are worth.

Lots of missing ingredients and extra things I didnt ask for, paid for double meat, got a single serving of the wrong protien.
