Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been multiple times, having placed my order ahead of time in the app, just to walk in with almost twenty people waiting in line to order/get their food and drinks. I make my way down to the end and wait for my order. And I wait. And wait. For about 15 minutes. Other people are getting served, but not fast enough to actually make a difference. Mind you, they are now understaffed. About 6 people in the front area. They are often out of donuts and food, as early as 11 AM. This has happened multiple times, but today’s visit was extra special. While waiting for my food, a employee came out of the back area and started to do something with the ice machine and a blender, but he got frustrated with it and threw it onto the counter. he told another employee “that’s it I’m taking a break outside!“ the poor employee just said, OK, and the man stormed off into the back and yelled a swearword very loud, and must’ve knocked some things over in the back. Very angry. Another customer received two drinks and asked for a drink holder, I believe, and an employee said I’m sorry, but I can’t get that for you. very unacceptable Customer service. There should not take almost 20 minutes for six employees to make some drinks and heat up some food that’s been in the freezer for days. I get my food and drink at Starbucks faster with only two people working. Not acceptable at all, will never be...

Not impressed with the service my fiancé and I received this morning. I got a matcha latte and nothing was mixed in. I took a sip and got a mouthful of matcha powder. My fiancé got a caramel craze latte and it tastes like nothing but plain slightly sugary milk. Both of our donuts were thrown in the bag upside down with the frosting all over the bottom of the bag. Very rude young lady running the cash register and there was even a customer trying to hand out coffee to people to lessen the line because the staff were simply throwing the coffee on the counter and not calling out names or flavors. I was at the st johnsbury dunkin donuts this morning at about 9:15 and ordered a medium vanilla Chai and a half a dozen donuts, I was given my my Chai and noticed it felt really light. I took the lid off and the cup wasn't even 3/4 full so, I went back thru the line and asked them to please fill give me a full cup and rather than adding more Chai to the cup to fill it, the blonde doing the drinks simply added some hot water to it and re-frothed it.
