I called American Express & they said it went through. Your manager was rude & refused to text or email me a receipt since this is a work expense. I also legally need a receipt since I'm a pharmaceutical rep & this is monitored by the Sunshine Act.I had to cancel the order because of his refusal of sending me a receipt. I got this same error message for over an hour. I was asking them to price match the online price because the website was not working for me. It was $5 on a $57 order. After going through the long process of finally getting a call through to the restaurant, the lady was polite. I told her I got everything (including all of the marinara sauces) but the 2 orders of breadsticks. She put me on hold and a gentleman picked up. He didn’t confirm the problem or give me the chance to confirm. He just wanted to know if I wanted a credit or it sent out. I asked for it to be sent out.
