Taco John's — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Food is great as always but this location doesn’t have much to offer in the form of expeditious or friendly customer service. Ordered via the mobile app at 1145am today. Arrived at 1153am. Did a counter pickup as I figured it would be easier than the goofy drive through here. I was asked no less than 5 times what my name was and if I was DoorDash. The worst part was that it was the same person that asked me every time. In the meantime at least 7 other people ordered at the counter while I was standing there. For certain 3 of those got their food before me. How is that even possible if I ordered at least 20 minutes before they were in the store. I finally received my order at 1215pm, 30 minutes after it had been ordered. There were 3 people working the line really hard and at least 4 others standing there watching them. This was the last time for me at this location. I will take my business to the south end location which has people that do care about customer service. Hope y’all have...

The last few times i have been in there has been the same cashier ( Jake) which in no way a friendly guy. Does not say hello, does not make eye contact. Really is not a customer service kind of guy. He just automatically ask you if you want carry out instead of asking would you like carry out or dine in. He really makes my experience awful, which is sad because it is closer to my house. I would really like to be greated and feel like a human instead of a number. This is my first complaint. Ever, anywhere. This guy is just the worst. I really hope someone may teach him proper customer service etiquette. Besides the cashier everything else was great. Thank you...

terrible service. only let you take one order in the drive thru. you have to come in to make more than one order. why? my order this last time was completely wrong. asked for two spicy chicken and potato grillers and side of nacho cheese. once i started to pull away i realized there was no cheese. went inside to get it and they are just a bunch of kids that look at you like you’re bothering them. once i got home i discovered that they gave me two beef soft tacos. terrible. vetoing this...
