For over a little over a month I've been working at a job not far from this establishment. With in that month I've eaten there 5 times during a lunch break. Now they are not usually crazy busy but get a little lunch time traffic like most restaurants. But out of those 5 times eating there i have left pleased and with the correct food once. 1 out of every 5 times I've gotten good food with no wait or mistakes. Now what happened the other 4 times was a combination of wait time and wrong or bad food. 3 of these 4 times were wait times but as i sit in the reserved McDonald's parking for drive through customers behind me will get their food and drive away sometimes 2 or 3 customers before me. On that note i do not order complicated food usually just a double quarter pounder or a chicken nuggets because i have a short lunch break. One time i did get chicken tenders which i assume weren't a popular item so the wait time on that is a little more understandable. However those chicken tenders a few had tough pieces that were undercooked and unconsumable. So not only did i have a wait time longer then usual they also had bad chicken. Finally the other mistake happened today where i ordered a large double quarter pounder with cheese and catchup along with a mellow yellow. After saying catchup only 2 or 3 times what i got was catchup packets on the side with everything still on it. Which fine ill just pick off what i dont want. Well get my food to find its not even a double quarter pounder but a single quarter pounder which i paid for a double. So after going back instore to get the problem fixed i recieve my food back now correct just to find that once again they messed up and did not give me a large fry as i had ordered but a small. Read moreI ordered $50 worth of food curbside to go. I had about 4 bags worth. When I arrived home with my 3 boys we were missing four sandwiches and got 40 spicy nuggets when they were supposed to be regular. So I called and the lady on the phone was nice about it and didnt say anything about bringing anything back. I arrive there and one of the managers was being very rude saying I need to go home and get my food and bring it back otherwise I'm not getting my food that they forgot to give me!! Why would I drive all the way back home then back again! I told her I talked to someone on the phone and she insulted the other person saying they dont know anything. She had terrible customer service but then the lady I talked to on the phone came out and helped me get my food I didnt get. Like I just ordered all this food and your not trying to give me my food I didnt get in the first place! And your not supposed to take food back with this virus going around. I told her she has no customer service and she just said yeah. I honestly think she should not be a manager and needs to lose her job talking to customers the way she did. Read moreI am beyond disappointed in my experience at my local McDonalds yesterday. My family ordered food from the kiosk. We took a number and sat down and wait for our food as we were instructed. It was a busy time of day so I was expecting to wait. 20 minutes passes and I do not see a single person leave from behind the counter with food. My husband goes up to see what is going on. No one can tell us where our food is. 10 minutes (30 minutes of waiting) later my husband asks again and the manager says "We called your number and walked around the lobby and couldn't find you. Someone else took your food" He then offers us a random bag of food that we did not order. No one walked around. It was a blatant lie. The manager refuses to do anything for us. Tells us he can refund us but cannot give us anything for our trouble. I'm not looking for a handout, I am looking for someone to take responsibility for our experience. The manager lied to us and made us seem like we were the ones in the wrong. It was the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant.
