I was just in Starbucks and had an uncomfortable experience with the individual that was was helping me. I asked for a large hot coffee with Carmel and a couple squirts of sweet cream. Immediately the individual stated we don't squirt sweet cream with an attitude I said well just add sweet cream and apologized because clearly I hit a nerve. He then goes to fill up a large coffee I didn't see them put in any sweet cream or carmel, not saying they didn't. I just didn't see it. This person provided me the drink filled to the brim so when I picked it up I Burnt my hand then coffee got all over and I had to wipe it up, no assistance from the person who filled it up. He saw me cleaning it up and said nothing. I had to throw the whole cup of coffee away because it was filled to the freaking brim I couldn't carry it and it was burning me on my hands I sipped it it burned my mouth to be expected but again they did not offer any kind of assistance. Once I threw my coffee away I turned around to get another coffee and was charged for that coffee not really sure but the person that gave me the 1st cup of coffee surely wasn't going to rush to help me so another young lady helped me she was able to assist me with what I wanted and it was not a problem a lot better experience however the individual that served me originally. Read moreEvery single day this place is a complete disgust and disappointment. I worked for caribou coffee for 3 years and I’ve never seen slower employees slower service and more unsanitary practices. Every Employee acts like they are going through hell working there with their facial expressions and attitude towards guests. This morning was my final time. I walked into the store (did not go through drive through) I was the only one in line at 1:30 pm, I ordered just a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No one came in after me. And there were three cars in the drive up when I pulled in. It took till 3:36 (while employees were standing around and nothing else was in the ovens) for my bagel to be even brought up. I stayed quiet and patient. An employee grabbed my bagel and then another persons egg bites and put theirs in the oven first. Okay fine. She then takes out my bagel with her BARE dirty hands after struggling to get it out with the tongs (thinking I didn’t notice), she doesn’t slice the bagel just puts it in and starts the oven, another employee goes to grab it and notices it isn’t sliced so it didn’t toast all the way through. She proceeds to slice it struggling since its warm and tells me she will toast it again. 8 minutes for me to get a damn bagel and I’m the only person inside the store and employeees are standing around waiting on things that are not a priority over a customer. Read moreFirst of all Starbucks is always my go to for coffee and muffins on any given day but tonight Starbucks has really ticked me off. I had a long day and wanted coffee to stay awake and do my taxes and errands. So I go to this location since it was on the way home, in my car, I checked the location hours and it shows “closes at 9:30pm”. Well it’s 8:20pm, I go to the drive thru and waited at the order mic for over 10mins thinking they are maybe busy because clearly there’s about 4 cars in the lot and lights are all on. Now there was a car that was in front of me that left as well and I thought maybe they just changed their mind. Well after 10mins if no one responding to the order mic, I drive up to the window and wait another 5mins and no one is coming to the window. Remember there is people still in there and everything is running. Well I got ticked up after 15mins wasted, I left and didn’t even bother and went to a different location by 9:15pm and they were awesome and prompt. This location must of either completely neglected drive thru mic or no one was working on incoming drive thru orders. It was only 8:20pm, they close at 9:30pm. Anyways I thought I would let you know so you are aware. Starbucks as a company and coffee supplier is amazing but this specific location needs attention. I am just giving honest feedback.
