Burger King — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I'd give it a 1.5 if I could. Here is what went down:

6:50 - Gets in drive thru, sees one car ahead of me, waits 1 minute to order. 6:51 - Orders: 1 Small Coca-Cola (No ice), 10 Spicy Chicken Nuggets, 1 Cheese Burger. Easy enough right? Also to note their communication system seemed to be softer so couldn't quite make out what the crew member was saying. 6:52 - Drive up to get closer. Car ahead by the drive-thru window. Still wasn't able to pay for food yet. Don't know whats going on maybe crew member was busy or person ahead wasn't able to find money. 7:00 - Car ahead finally is able to pay, drives up to reserve spot and parks. I get to the drive-thru window. Can't pay. No other car in drive-thru behind me. 7:02 - Finally can pay. Gives card to crew member. Look elsewhere to pretend I got something to do. 7:03 - Hmm whats taking forever with my card. Some sketch or what. 7:04 - Receives card back with receipt. Looks at receipt... 7:05 - Car ahead still got no food. 7:10 - Car ahead finally got food and then checks food, then slowly drives away. 7:15 - Finally, crew member hands my drink, but it is overfilled and dripping with Coca-Cola. I looked at him and paused for 5 seconds... then asked, "Can I get some napkins?" He looks, gives me some napkins, and says, "Sorry." Hmm... you overfilled it, you could at least clean it and then give to me. Then I realized 90% of the small drink was ICE. WOW, what happened to "Have it your way," "Be your way" guess I wasn't accepted because that crew member had there own way and botched my drink. I then clean the drink and then waited again. 7:17 - Finally the other rest of the food but felt something else was fishy so I checked... nope they at least did this part fine so 0.5 stars added back. 7:18 - Finally out of the drive-thru with still no other card behind me... why did it take this long?!

C'mon Burger King, either management is making some good workers feel unworthy to the point they don't care or you got some work to do to make sure your crew members are good to go. I wouldn't mind if my order was long but this is the dollar menu! Should be a piece of cake! I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins. C'mon step it up in the service. Some other BK joints do this well but this one needs some...

Literally had the worst fast food experience here. After they yelled at my sister and I outside the restaurant (the man yelling was an off the clock employee), they refused me a refund or the opportunity it's to remake my food since they were holding it outside for about 10 minutes (as the man was just standing here yelling and arguing with me instead of getting my food they were originally missing) in the Minnesota winter cold. The. Because it was sitting in a bag so long off the heating rack and too many sandwiches in the bag, the bag broke and sandwiches went everywhere. They slammed the door in our face, and started laughing. HORRIBLE. I'm a very sick person and just needed a quick bite, the service I got was repulsive. I ended up throwing up in the parking lot due to not eating and getting overly frustrated and upset. That wasn't the end either. Trying to call and talk to a manager was insanely ridiculous and the amount of children that work there is insane. Grow the hell up and act like adults. Finally spoke to someone who pretended to take us seriously but apparently did not since I have not heard back from a general manger like I had asked. That was just a little piece of the night. The off the clock employee, swore, called me names and yelled at me. Why he is not fired, really confuses me. I've been a manger for 5+ years at two different restaurants and I know it doesn't work like that....

Warning to all ppl, do not and i repeat do not go to this location. The workers there will try to cheat u on ur orders. This is not the first time they tried to cheat my orders. The first time i took it as it was a mistake so i forgave them, but then i come to learned they've been cheating everyone else too.

I recently ordered a meal that consist of 2 large fries and 40 pc chicken nuggets. Before driving off i checked my bags and found only 20pc nuggets so husband had to go inside to get the other 20pc that were placed in a bag but did not hand it to us. There were too many burgers placed in a bag that i didnt see if i got all the fries i ordered. When we got home i finally took out all the orders n placed it in the table and saw that those fkers only gave me two small fries and here we go again back to BK.

So i would give them a rating of 0 but there is no zero. So plz be sure to check ur bags b4 u leave after getting ur orders bcuz im 100% sure they will leave out an item or 2 or 3 or more from ur orders bcuz they just simply cant do their job right. Poor workers and management cant even serve their customers right. Best thing is just dont go to that location bcuz their foods are old and over cooked (burnt) and they just simply dont know how to put customer's orders...
