My friend and I absolutely love the Swede Hollow Cafe! We have been there more than a few times and enjoyed our service each time. Our first time there they pretty much had us hooked with their customer service. My friend and I had gotten some sandwiches and went to go eat it outside. I forgot my chips and one of the employees came out and asked if I remembered my chips which I clearly didn't. She then asked which chips I would like and brought them out to me. We had such a good time we made sure to mark this place to return to it.

Our second time there we hung out and decided to try their drinks this time around. I love their Chai Latte it is amazing. Which might I add tastes even better with a biscotti. Our third time there we went for my friends birthday and she once again had a nice lunch. When the woman at the cash register heard it was her birthday she wished her a happy birthday. We sat down, we ate, we talked, and had fun. Then as we were leaving the woman called out again wishing her another happy birthday which made my friends day.

I'm always excited to go here or share things from them to others. This lead to my father sneaking one of the biscottis I brought home, but I wasn't mad. If anything I was glad he...

I found this place through a Google search and it's turned out to be some of the best breakfast food and coffee I've had in the area! I came in after a run and everyone was extremely welcoming and patient while I looked through the menu. I ordered a Banana Nut Mocha (minus the chocolate because I'm not a fan) and it was AMAZING! The espresso was of superb quality and the syrup did not overwhelm the overall flavor. I also ordered a ham and veggie quiche and it was so fluffy and perfectly cooked. It had just the right amount of ingredients. Not overfilled so everything was falling apart but enough so that the combination of toppings still make a huge impact. The cinnamon roll was delicious! I had them warm it up so that the frosting would soak into the roll a little bit. My boyfriend got a dark roast and sausage quesadilla. He enjoyed it all, but I'll let him write his own review. The two of us and my dog sat outside and they brought all the food out to us. I love that the silverware is located outside on the porch for easy access. Will...

Other than the miscommunication - Their cinnamon rolls and French toast are a must-try! It was my first time @ Swede Hollow Cafe and I would definitely recommend. The park is right around the corner of the cafe - so I definitely went for a stroll afterwards.

The sweet girl who took my order was recently hired. She informed me that after ordering my drink, I’d have to pick it up at the end of the bar. Since I ordered food, I received a number tag. I went upstairs to place my tag on a table, walked by downstairs to wait for my drink. 20 minutes later, I check in with the baristas and they said my drink and food had already been delivered to my table. Although I didn’t mind warm French toast and a room temperature lavender latte, I would have appreciated if they offered to remake the drink (since it had been sitting out for a bit) or apologize for not communicating. The baristas did inform me though that they only brought the drink out because I had ordered...

Absolutely the best cafe spot in the Twin Cities! We had a vegetable quiche, caramel roll, chia seed pudding, baked french toast, strawberry scone, and of course their latte's. All were amazing and taste fresh. I've had the quiche various times and no matter what type of quiche it is that day. It is always amazing, the egg consistency tasty and the crust is perfect and flaky. The scones are never dry. Caramel roll is for sure the best in the Twin Cities and an absolute most have (ask them to heat it up!). If you love baked French toast, this one does not disappoint. I tried the chia seed pudding for the first time this time and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The granola crunch was delicious and fruit toppings were fresh and healthy. We sat outside in the patio and it was a super cute atmosphere to just relax. They have a garden and lots of greenery! I also love the upstairs seating area too when it's too hot or cold outside.
