I literally come here every single day for the last month and the main lady thats always working is who normally is there and helps me… I had no issue up until 2 days ago I came i and waited forever and then she rang up someome before me who was behind me and I told her that and she got a whole attitude and has had once since then every day i come now. Besides her being disrespectful and SLOW as ever take her out the picture this is the best icecream!!! 🥰🥰 IM IN LOVE WITH THE RICE ICECREAM. (0 stars) Absolutely horrible customer service. I told myself I would never go back to this place, but I decided to give it another try. Never again. About 2 years ago, an employee named Xitlaly took my order and was the rudest and had the worst attitude ever. She had the audacity to almost throw my order at me. This time when I came back, her mother Gabby took my order, and of course, there was a language barrier so I got my order wrong. However, she was giving me an attitude. The staff is really friendly!!! There wasn't a menu that I saw when I visited, but right when you walk in there's a QR code on the counter for their site and you can view their menu. I ended up doing that and ordering the cream popsicles.
Keep in mind, majority of the customers and staff are Hispanic so if you don't know any Spanish, it is ok. Just scan the QR code and checkout what you'd like to order. They have other food outside of ice cream such as chip tacos (I saw a variety of chips like in the photos), and cup noodles etc. the price is also worth it. I got 3 cream popsicles for around ~$13.
