Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this boba shop was incredibly disappointing. The girl working the front clearly didn’t want to be there. She was on her phone the entire time, barely acknowledged us, and had an obvious attitude. It felt like we were bothering her just by walking in.

They didn’t have any of the shaved ice, and when I politely asked how long it would take to make, she got visibly annoyed as if asking a simple question was too much. I work in retail, so I understand how draining customers can be, but I was nothing but polite. There was absolutely no excuse for the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered.

To top it off, the bathroom was “conveniently out of order” when we asked for the key, yet she had no issue using it herself or letting her friend use it.

I’m not from the area and was hoping to try something new, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are too many other boba shops that know how to treat people with...

I had my first worst experience here... which I was super bummed about. I asked the girl if she had anything similar to a black milk tea shake that’s sweet, and she recommended the brown sugar milk tea with boba... I gave it a try, which DID NOT come in a shake. After trying it a few sips I didn’t like it very much... so I came back and asked them kindly if I could switch it for a different drink. She apologized to me and said sorry for it not being the right one and I said it was fine that I just wanted to get something else... when it came down to the end of it, she gave me a price total and I was very shocked because nowhere was there a sign that said no refunds, NOWHERE. It was unprofessional... the old lady in the back had whispered something to the little girl and said to me that they “don’t do refunds....” how ridiculous does that sound... so I basically walked out with nothing in my hand and -$6 of a drink down the waste plus a + tip. Sorry, but that should’ve been handled differently rather then not offering me...

Used to be my favorite place. Lots of variety and drinks are delicious. Ever since COVID19, the service and drinks have gone downhill. Last two time I visited pearls were hard, they didn't seal the drink tight enough and it spilled. Most recently they got our order wrong and refused to correct it. They insisted we ordered one drink when we clearly ordered the other. I asked them to remake the ones we wanted but they refused saying to just drink those and if we don't like them then they will remake it. I asked then again to remake it and charge the difference or whatever they had to do but they just kept telling me this is what they heard and even argued with me. They were young kids and obviously not trained in customer service. I gave them a couple chances to fix it but they refused so I will not be back anymore. The drink they made was just milk and sugar nothing like how it was described. Very disappointed and hope management will make changes soon. Don't let kids run your store that's how you...
