Food is always fresh, awesome portions, and seriously, you can't beat the price! This is my go to spot!

Update 5/23/2018: For those of you who written bad reviews understand that for these people, English is not their first language, so please be patient with them, i'm sorry if them trying to understand you is considered as rude. Also you have to consider that they are located on University so they constantly get strange people coming in that they have to deal with. One time I came to pick up food and a homeless guy was inside asking for money so he could get food.

Sure, they may not know the restaurant business in terms of what we Americans are used to; being greeted by a waitress with a smile and then kindly being seated, but come on, this is a Chinese take out spot, are you expecting 5 star service and michlin star chef level food? Personally I think people get way too critical for these reviews. I'm a chef and have eaten michlin star level food, so I would say for Chinese take out, their food is good, portions are awesome, and so is the price. If those of you think the food is mediocre, have fun paying $20-35 a dish at a restaurant and still getting less portions. Their party tray of sasame chicken is $45 and that can feed 15-20 people, LoL.

Ref: Invoice #11 8/30/2017 My office is near by China one, employees from the office often order from this establishment as it is nearby. However today we had a very unpleasant experience and will not be returning customers. We called in our order; spoke with a woman gave her our credit card number as we were asking for this to be delivered. She told us it would be about 15 minutes, over an hour passes by and still no food. I called back and asked them where my food was, she then told me that the credit card number did not go through. No one ever never called back to inform me of this. I gave her my card number again and she tells me it would be 15 minutes for our order. The order finally came, and they gave us the wrong food. I called back and told the woman answering the phone we ordered beef and broccoli and instead got lomein. The woman told me that she would not have written that down incorrectly, and she circled the order (as her way of confirming this is what we ordered?). I understand orders can get mixed up and is why I called to get this resolved. Instead of having good customer service and trying to make a regular customer happy, she told me she would not correct this order free of charge. I highly do no recommend this place, would give them a negative star review if that were...

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. First I called to order and was hung up on, which easily could have been a mistake, but it happened a second time after I had to call back. I finally was able to place my order after the 3rd attempt and was told 15 min for food. When I arrived 20 minutes later the only thing that had been prepared were my egg rolls. Nobody else was in the shop and the two workers weren't preparing any orders. It took nearly 3 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged and another 5 before anyone approached to ask what I was there for! I know the food was fresh because I saw it being prepared, but I almost wish it hadn't been. At least that would explain the blandness and overall poor quality. My wife and my "chicken fried rice" literally had ONE piece of chicken in it. My shrimp with lobster sauce was all sauce and no shrimp and was extremely bland. I do not know if this place has changed ownership, but there is no way the other reviews come even remotely close to describing this place as an enjoyable experience. We will certainly never...
