I had a bad experience today at the Rapids restaurant equipment the customer service is very bad I had to return an item that it was not a good quality, it was not doing the job and wanted to exchange it for a better quality one. one of the sales person was telling me that he cannot return it because it was used and he told me that I have to purchased another one and I said why but your return policy is 30 days and this is a stainless equipment. but he bended the the handle and because it was cheesy and soft and can be easily bend and he told me that it’s broken I cannot exchange it for you. They had an expert and friendly staff that greeted me upon arriving, and not only were they familiar with the tool I was looking for, they even offered suggestions on alternatives that ended up streamlining kitchen operations.
Their selection of equipment and other kitchen items was very extensive, without all of the hassle one would expect from a place like Resturant Depot. I came in for a commercial grade mandolin and some skillets, and not only did I leave with the cookware I also left with a nice 5% discount on my next purchase for creating an account and purchasing a piece of equipment.
