Foremost, I have been using this product for months now, and I absolutely love both the taste and the benefits it offers. However, I have encountered an issue with the new caps—they are almost impossible to open. They are so tight that it actually hurts to try. I even purchased a product from Amazon to assist with opening the caps, but even with that, it remains nearly impossible. It feels as if the caps are glued to the seal.

I kindly suggest looking into this issue, as it has been quite frustrating. Unfortunately, I’ve had to discard some bottles simply because I couldn’t open them. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope a solution...
