Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I do not take my time to write reviews but this was so bad it doesn’t even deserve one star. Went to this Wendy’s today at 3:25ish am (September 16, 2024). My fiancé and I drove 20 minutes to get here and tried to call before leaving but nobody answered the phone. The website says open 24 hours so we drove to their drive-thru. I’m pregnant and get cravings so I figured I would try this Wendy’s out as I have never been to this location before. Once we arrived we sat at the menu for 10 minutes. Nothing. We drive up to the second window and hear music BLASTING. We sit and watch to see if we can see anyone to catch their attention. Again, nothing. We then backed up and went to the first window that was blocked off partially but we could see a younger woman standing there literally laughing as she watches us sit in our vehicle. I then get out of the vehicle and politely knock on the window. She continues to laugh at me like it’s funny we have been sitting in our car for over 20 minutes. She points to the window ahead and a guy pops out. He advised us both that they were closed and their “system was down”. He told us he was the manager and that his name was Oscar. He refused to give me the name of the younger female employee. WENDY’S: if you aren’t open, have your employees turn your “OPEN” sign OFF and the drive-thru menu light OFF. Also, maybe hire some respectful employees that actually give a crap about their job instead of listening to music and being lazy. Never going here again- don’t care how...
Read moreThe nice man who handed us our food told me the older, yak jawed, large pupiled, older, white woman with short brown hair’s name who cussed us out for picking up a dropped quarter in the drive thru was Diana. She said it was their fxcking change laying on the ground outside of the window. We are staying nearby in a hotel and decided to walk to Wendy’s since it is open 24 hours. I had already placed the order and paid when we arrived to find the lobby locked. Since the money was out of my account, we walked up to the drive thru window. There were no signs saying pedestrians couldn’t be served, and either way, I needed the food or a refund in order to eat tonight. This woman also cussed at the person in the car in front of us when they asked for a sauce. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in customer service including fast food management for 16 years. The man apologized to us for her, I can’t imagine how she treats other employees if that’s how she treats customers. She truly appeared to be on some sort of stimulant, which would explain her vicious attitude as they commonly cause aggression/agitation. Read moreThe service was extremely poor and the staff in general were impolite and unprofessional. When I arrived, there was a couple waiting for someone to acknowledge them and take their order. When I walked up to the pickup area, I politely told them that the couple had been waiting for acknowledgement to place an order. The apparent manager mumbled, we are busy 🥺. The couple grew ever more frustrated and then proceeded to advise the staff how frustrated they were, without receiving a response, they left and headed to McDonald's just across the parking lot. I apologized for their lack of professionalism and obvious lack of customer service. After that, I proceeded to inquire about my door dash orders. Neither the manager nor her staff could give me an accurate time of when my orders would be ready or even if they had been prepared. It appeared to me that their was an incredible lack of organization and staff willing to accept responsibility.
