We use to work at a kava bar and are very passionate about experiencing all the kava and kratom bars along our travels. Obviously they have only been open for 2 months so Im not going to leave any negative feedback because they have so much growing and expanding to do and I am excited for them! Very kind and welcoming couple. Small, quiet atmosphere, no crazy energy at all. Lots of lights and colors. They played nice zenful music. The bathroom is very big and clean (I love a nice clean bathroom). The tropical colada is very tasty. Try the mud water though, I love kava in its most traditional form. They have lots of big ideas and I look forward to seeing how they expand and grow next time we come through...

Prices went way up. They said they were going to 'redo their whole menu.' All they did was up the prices.

EDIT: I met the owner by chance and we talked. He was very professional and dealt with my previous negative review in a surprisingly well manner.

Navid, the owner, explained that the new formula has a lot more kava in it. The amount of kava that you are actually getting per dollar is way higher now. Now I understand, and I'm super cool with it!! To my credit this was not indicated on the menu, but the explanation was all I needed. Navid offered some free drinks as well and was extremely friendly and seemed like an all-around good guy. My wife and I will be back to enjoy a few...
