I loved staying at this hotel so much. The sauna felt so relaxing, the staff was so nice and it’s neighbors to hope breakfast bar! I’ve always wanted to try it so when I found this out I was so excited😭 Thank you so much to booking.com for giving me the opportunity to stay here and making it to easy.💗 @Marriott Bonvoy @Marriott Hotels @Booking.com #TikTokGoStay #hotels #minnesota #saintpaul #minneapolis

Exceptional staff, very helpful & kind. Stayed for a concert at the arena down the street & they shuttled us both ways, but FYI only until 10:30 pm. The lobby is massive yet inviting & cozy. The room was worth every penny EXCEPT for the pet friendly $100 DEPOSIT WHICH is NON-REFUNDABLE. Amazing bathroom, shower only. Hot, delicious breakfast. My only complaint is that the front entrance is right on the street so there's no access to the parking lot bc they valet. This means you must unload & load up your baggage on a fairly busy street & if it's parked across the street you can't access your vehicle w/o them bringing it around front to you. I really didn't like that at all. Also, it's pet friendly but the property is only concrete so you have to walk almost a block to find any grass at all. I really didn't like that my dog had to pee/poo everywhere else on everyone else's property so I had to find & bring my own bags for poo, then carry it around to dispose of it in the hotels trash can outside the main entrance. Fine now bc it's cold but probably stinks in the hot weather.

The hotel looks beautiful, lobby and rooms are well taken care of. Service is really great. The beds are absolutely awful though. Hard as a rock. I was in an accident a few weeks ago and that bed (king studio) made it so much worse. I didn't sleep at all. I wish the furniture was more comfortable too. The kitchenette was very nice and convenient. The fridge and freezer is smaller than a standard size but plenty of room for basic groceries/leftovers. There's a counter top induction stove with 2 burners. It was also stocked with most basic utensils and dishes. There's also a small dishwasher. Overall it was a decent stay. Valet parking is necessary and an extra $25/day. Not the best location. It was right across the street from the Children's hospital and we could hear ambulances all night. It also isn't very sound proof. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they had a 3 year old on a sugar high with a pogo stick. There are a lot of things nearby that make it convenient though: xcel energy center, science museum, cosettas and other restaurants.

I literally am in my room right now thirsty as heck! Even though there is a convenience store at the front desk, I'm scared to go down there because the employee at the front desk told me I can either go to my room or she will have security escort me out. Ok so I'm checking out tomorrow and I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! My husband, daughter and I went out to grab some fast food tonight, my friend brought us so my husband and daughter went inside before me since I was having a great conversation with my friend in the parking lot. Once I got to the door, it was locked (normal, they lick the rear entrance at night) so I pushed the intercom and the person at the front desk said "are you a guest here?" Me: yes I'm in room 208 Her: ok, well u need to use your key then! Me: I dont have my key, its...(she stopped listening) I rang the intercom like 10 more times, front desk person would not say anything. She refused to respond. Now keep in mind it winter in Minnesota and my hands are full. I'm at this back door freezing! So some time passes and without a word, the buzzer sounds and I am able to come in. I was very angry, I walked towards the front desk and said:I dont appreciate you leaving me out in the cold like that! Its freezing f outside, like you could have responded or something like why did u just do that? Her: (with a bad attitude) well u can blame Corey, he doesnt have your name on the registration! Me: How did you know I wasnt Corey? Hiw do you know if my name is on the registration, you never even asked me my name??? Her: okay AND! Why are u making this a big deal? Me: because its cold outside!!! I'm freezing! You could have said ok, what's your name? Do you have any ID?, hold on while I ring the room, sorry for the inconvenience...something! You just didn't say anything. I kept ringing the buzzer and u just refused to even respond! Even when you buzzed me in you never said one word! Her: well your name isn't on the registration! Me: HOW DO YOU KNOW??? YOU NEVER EVEN ASKED ME MY NAME!!! So at this point we're just going back and forth, we're talking over each other. I said ok, ok cool! I'll deal with this in the morning and turned around and took a step towards the elevator. She yells to me, yeah so like I said! You can go to your room or I can have security escort you out! I said, so you just couldn't wait to throw a threat out there! You see me walking away Her: yup well go on to yo6r room then! Me: damn man u just have to keep trying to antagonize me, you just have to have the last word! I was walking away! you cant tell me i have to go to my room. So I cant be in the common areas?? Her: yeah, cuz you're raising your voice. Me: ok you're raising your voice too! I'm mad because u left me outside in the cold! What are you mad about! So I'm not allowed to complain??? If I have a complaint about the way you handled me as a customer I have to get escorted out by security??? What???

I am in straight up shock right now at the way I was treated as a guest and a paying customer. This was my 2nd stay here. I just wrote my review for my 1st stay earlier today. I wrote an amazing review based on Dana's hospitality but I had to take that down! I have been on a first name basis with every employee. My 1st stay was for 10 nights starting in Christmas day. There's an employee named Dana, she has been so uplifting and positive, exceptionally customer service oriented. I felt such a warm welcome. Everything has been great but the person tonight...She made me feel like I didn't belong here. She made me change my whole entire feelings about this hotel. I wish there was someplace where I could post this video on here because at some point I started recording. Only once I started recording did the other employee finally say something. She watched the whole thing and sadly, she recognized me the whole time and kept trying to tell the other person but she was on a...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, which has unfortunately led me to reconsider my future stays. As a frequent traveler to Minneapolis for assignments, your hotel has been my go-to accommodation in the past. However, after my latest encounter, I feel compelled to share the challenges I faced during the check-in process. I received a last-minute assignment change and needed a place to stay, so I was prepared to follow the necessary procedures for using a company credit card, including filling out pre-authorization forms. Despite my familiarity with this process, I encountered significant difficulties at your location. It has been frustrating to deal with staff who seemed uneducated about the pre-authorization process for business cards not physically present. On three separate occasions, I faced challenges during check-in due to a lack of understanding that I do not carry the physical card with me, and that all bookings are handled automatically by my company. I have always been willing to cooperate and provide proof of being the cardholder, whether by showing a verified account or filling out pre-authorization forms. Unfortunately, Teri was unable to offer any solutions to expedite the process, which was quite disappointing given my history as a returning guest. I had hoped that my loyalty to the hotel would warrant a more accommodating approach, especially as someone who has stayed with you many times. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide that I will seek alternative accommodations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that this feedback can help improve the experience for...

I had a horrible experience with Nichole the front desk manager. I had a horrible experience previously and I was told to call back to make a reservation and it will be comped. When I brought it up Nichole remembered me and stated “no you won’t be staying at this hotel, if you had such a bad experience why would you want to come back” I asked her for Dan’s number (upper management) and said that the reason for coming back would be to show that the experience I had was an off situation and I would hope that you would want to redeem my confidence in the level of service. Nichole said “nope! That’s why you’re not staying here! Not at this hotel!” And she hung up in my face. ||I called back and asked her to reiterate what she had previously stated and she said I don’t know what your talking about and it’s illegal to record me and she hung up again. The reason I wanted to record her is because Dan is extremely customer oriented and I know that he would be appalled at the way this person speaks to his customers. You would literally have to hear her to believe the way she talks, she literally hung up in my face just for calling to redeem the offer Dan made. I’m disgusted with this type of leadership. I’m going to contact a news team to follow the way she speaks to customers when she thinks no one else is listening. ||It is an absolute embarrassment to the Marriott to have such a nasty and spiteful person representing this brand. Shame on the leadership team! Shame on you Nichole for treating a customer who had a bad experience this way. I never raised my voice, I never was nasty towards...
