Great custard, bit pricey and they don't have a great way of handing out orders when they are busy.
They just yell out the item from the window. At that point it's just whoever is first to the window or happens to be able to hear the person from the window instead of getting your custard in the order it was ordered. So when there are 15 people who already ordered and are waiting for custard and even more in line, people have to be spaced out more and its loud. Then there are 4 people who have ordered the same thing and more keep ordering it as they keep taking orders even though there are so many waiting and it turns in to a zoo of people not getting theirs before people who just ordered but happened to order the same thing. I actually witnessed one couple who had been waiting 30 mins block the order line at the window and tell the worker they werent moving until they got their order because the workers kept giving their orders to people who had just ordered the same thing and happened to be right by the window when they shouted out the item. Read moreSo I’m torn over 5 stars because it’s yummy verses 3 stars over the service. Just went through the drive thru and the two cars in front of me were driven by high school girls. They very “chatting” to each, being very loud plus chatting it up with the two high school girl employees. One employee yells back to the car in front of me, “your ice cream is melting because of her” (pointing to the first girl car). Both drivers continue to chat until I laid on the horn and shouted, “hurry up.” The four girls chatted five more second until I honked again. The first paid and left. The second paid and left.
When it came to me I told the gal that if she wants to be chatty with her friends then ask them to walk up front and not hold up the line. She said, oh.” I said “it’s not acceptable.” She looked like she has never heard of common courtesy.
Anyhow, if I am paying $19 for ice cream to go, I’d expect employees would have some common sense and common courtesy. Leave your “chatting” to after hours and get off your stinking phones.

Never said hello or the usual greeting they normally do when I came to the window. My son dropped his cup of custard so I went up to the counter to buy another one. When I went to order another one she dropped the spoon on the counter which had dry ice cream/etc on it and then put it in my son’s cup. I asked for a another cup with a new spoon (which I would of paid for but she didn’t try to charge me; probably was angry I asked for a third cup but it’s only a $1.72 so I wouldn’t have minded) and she got clearly mad just by expression, tone, body language.
