Hardee's — Restaurant in Saint Peters

i was ordering at counter with general manager katy I asked her double check for no onions in any food. Because we have seen them after we get home on several occasion. Thats a sign of bad training. I just asked her to double check. She informed me that she can assure me that she has never seen an order go out other than what was ordered. I said then why have we found that not to be true many times. She repeated she checks all orders. I asked if she was saying my wife & I were liars she aske dme to leave. I said NO, she can just double check as I asked her to do. Very Rude. I hardly complain on sites, but this was too far.

Then her clown twin angie brought the food out to me & mandated I check for onions. I said its her job to make sure there are no onions, so I did not need to do that. she blew a gasket & interrupted me several times.

I go there because im addicted to the sourdough, btu as you can guess I will never go to that hardees anymore. maybe never again to any.

If you dont reprimand those 2, that store will get even worse. They both need to be retrained on hospitality & on how to train her cooks to read & cook to the receipt

now all restaurants have a rush & make mistakes on orders, were used to it. but if we tell them they do it too often & should double check orders, they should not freak out & accuse the customer of being a lair, for something that is...

Usually I don't write reviews but its the second time this has happened. Hardee's breakfast is great. Dinner is okish. I wanted some chicken strips today and didn't want to pay raising canes prices even though canes is way better. So I found a coupon for a 5 piece meal for Hardee's. Perfect right? Well when I was still in the drive through I got a text notification for the amount I was charged. I was charged $10.19 for small chicken fingers, small fry, and a cup of water because I don't drink soda. My coupon was that meal for $4.99. I told the person who handed me my food and they just shrugged and said well I can give you the coupon back. I should have asked to see the manager but I figured its Christmas season and I'd rather not get someone in trouble. But needless to say this is the second time happening. I won't be back. $10.19 is not worth the little amount they give you and the sub par quality compared to raising...

Bathrooms are clean but show many years of neglect. I look at bathrooms to show the condition of the kitchen because after years of working in restaurants I've found they are similar in condition and care. If the bathroom is messy or dirty so is the kitchen. So while clean it shows the age and condition of the kitchen. In this bathroom I found dust on the air vents and years of build up on the sticky floor. The floor is sticky because they have used the same mop in the bathroom that they also use in the kitchen. I think it's gross to use the same mop in the kitchen as the bathroom because it heightens the risk of cross contamination. The state also considers this an offense. Had to eat here because I was with a group, the food was ok and the employees were not nice and obviously lowly educated. Their menu is sad considering all they used to have. They have gotten rid of everything that set them above other fast...
