Where do I start... 2:00pm on a Father's day Sunday..it was super busy...girl at the counter was obviously rattled..she left the register numerous.time leaving customers just standing there ... I tried to order the sauces beans out they don't have ketchup, butter or anything available to the public. She said, we'll get that later. So I assumed that it was free. I went to my table and waited got our food.. went back to the counter for condiments...joke.. you have to pay for the sauce...really?? This can go on but I think you got the point.. did I mention they forgot our potato? Wedges, that went with our sandwiches.!! We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with potato. Wedges, I don't remember I had a full 5 piece chicken dinner with potatoes and slaw. He said it was amazing.. From the picture, I'd show you our sandwiches. Look delicious, but they were way overcooked and tasted terrible.. Because they had to make two orders of potato wedges, they were hot and delicious, their fried apple turnover was amazing.. My other family member said that the chicken potatoes and the slaw were delicious, including the biscuit,, overall, I'd like to go back and try it again. Maybe not on a busy day!! The guy at the drive thru window was rude and rolled his eyes at me for asking for condiments. I then had to turn around and come back to get my drinks I had ordered. Once I made it back to work and opens my food I was missing my jalapeños and I also asked for 2 side of coleslaw and they only gave me one with mashed potatoes. When I called the same guy from the drive thru answered the phone and when I told him their mistake he told me I could come back and get it. When I explained that I was on my lunch break and couldn’t come back because we only get a 30 minute lunch he proceeded to tell me how he doesn’t take his lunch breaks that he works all day long. I most definitely didn’t need his response on why I couldn’t come back because of it being my lunch break and I didn’t deserve the attitude. Stopped in the drive through on Friday at around 7:50pm and was not sure what to order so I grabbed a few different things. I got a 4 pice chicken tenders dinner, wife said that was really good and fresh, crunchy skin. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, and I found the spice was nice and hot, the chicken seemed fresh, however the top bun was completely hard and stale, must have been sitting for a while. Ordered a 3 piece combo, and for and l that the skin was not crisp but really chewy. It is as of the chicken had been cooked a while ago and was still sitting in a box and getting cold. I also ordered a chicken gizzards meal and found that it was also chewy and not fresh. I spent around 23 dollars total and was fairly disappointed. I hear that this place has got some great food, but unfortunately if you show up late in the day your going to get what is left and not fresh...
