Just spoke with assistant manager SHELLY to encourage her to speak to individual that had prepared our two BUTCHER-BLOCK ($5.69ea} sandwiches - beef, turkey, ham. This limited time "back by popular demand" sandwich with amazing photo-image on window poster turned out to be three layers of dried out crumbles of crumbled beef, crumbled turkey remnants and crumbles of ham shreds. Shelly was professional and apologetic and instantly invited me back for a refund or replacement of any menu items. We'd already driven 5-miles and so thanked her. My more urgent request was to please take that prep-person aside and explain that a sandwich of meat particles SHOULD NEVER BE BOXED and sold to a Lions Choice customer... and what could you possibly have been thinking to assemble a sandwich knowing that it was inferior and detrimental to your employer company's hard esrned reputation and think it was all right? NEVER. Retrain. Repair. Repeat. Lion's Choice spins literally hundreds of thousands of dollars and it can be so easily undone by 1 hourly employee who is clueless or lazy or...

When you look online at a large fry that costs 349, It looks nothing like the tiny little Kids meal size..

When I called to .Investigate, the manager said these are the sides. We have now for large and then hung up.

I called back thinking there's no way this could be possible.

Again, the manager said yes, that's it.Those are large fries And hung up again without saying goodbye or any explanation.

I've been a lion's choice customer for 40 plus years..

French fries are very cheap to make and it's ridiculous that they charge $3.49 for about 20 French fries..

I visit once every 2 weeks or so, and I usually visit late evening or night. Over the course of my visits I've never had issues with the quality of food. However, I've ran into issues with not getting everything I've asked for or ordered... mainly condiments and fries. That typically doesn't bother me and they've gone out of their way to apologize and make it right. The reason for the review... I had a busy weekend and decided to grab food on Friday and Sunday Night. Friday night I waited 30 minutes for an online order because they gave some of my food to one of their friends. Sunday evening I went through the drive thru, they didn't give me condiments. Went inside to grab the condiments and wouldn't you know there was another friend there getting something free.
