After working a year and a half at the cottleville location. After returning to the store I have been harassed and targeted by the store gm and his wife. Keep in mind I have only worked 1 shift with the guy in my store and a few shifts with him and his wife at the ofallon store. All instances being good instances and I never really talked much to the guy. But after returning after quite some time of not being in the store to retaste the meals I use to live off of, I have been harassed and targeted on multiple occasions. The first time I walked in the gm refused to acknowledge me by my name and passive aggressively referred to me as sir with an angry look on his face. After leaving he made the same remark "have a good one SIR" he chimed again passive aggresively. Didn't think much of it so I kept returning then I discover his wife works with him the next time. I ask to have a Reubens sandwich with steak spice added. I do this all the time not just for me but for customers as well when I worked there. She then starts spewing excuses as to why she couldn't do it such as inventory costs and how much that would affect it and that I'm not a special customer. After this exchange I leftand opened the door with my foot since my hands were full with my food because there's no way I would eat there withsomeone with that much attitude. When I do this she screams at me not to kick that door. So I have to explain what the metal bottom part of a door does and why that's okay. As you can tell she didn't like that after me explaining to her how a door works and her constantly try to fight me on it I leave. The next time I return it's just both the gm and his wife both staring me down like they're going to do something any time that I come in. The staring has gotten worse. And she makes sure to track me all the way out the door. After returning employees have alerted me that the gm now hides in the back and refuses to see me and forces other employees to handle me. Not only this but employees have also informed me that they were told that if they see me they are to tell me to leave. Obviously these people have something against me but i have no clue what. Because the only time I interacted with them was helping them out at their store and doing g what they told me. cant wait to be treated poorly the next time I leave school for a meal next to it! Although the food was decent for the few employees that can actually treat a person...
Read moreI eat at penn station quite frequently but lately the service at this location is beginning to deter me from the chain. I ordered online for a specific time due to me grabbing food on my lunch. Once I arrived, no greeting was provided. I headed to the designated pick up area, the lady behind the counter picked up the phone & instead of placing them on hold to proceed to assist me, she took their entire order when I could visibly see my order was ready. I tried to get her attention - because once again, I am running on a tight lunch shift - she ignored me & continued on with the phone call. After she finally asked me how I could be helped, the order was wrong. Additional time had to be spent for her to correct it. All in all, the friendless - really lack thereof & service at this location is terrible. I keep going back hoping that it’ll be different but maybe that’s on me.
Received a response from a manager at this store & no wonder the lady is rude every visit — there’s no accountability. He blamed me for not being patient despite the fact that I was waiting to be assisted when she answered the phone. I get 100% protecting your employee’s, but when they are in the wrong - like in this case -...

Avoid this location. Looked over the menu for about 1 minute and ordered food from a very impatient employee, paid, and ended up walking out during the final food preparation due to unsanitary health conditions and extremely rude staff.
They did not and do not enforce basic health practices at this location, even outside of COVID times, from touching multiple people's food bare-handed to sneezing over food, and in the direction of customers, and to do it in 2020 without a mask is just insane. I'm an understanding customer and I don't think i've ever walked out of a restaurant in Missouri before. I was uncomfortable when our food was handled without gloves, but after an employee sneezed over our food without a face covering during high season I was done. I did receive a prompt refund after I called in from the car, even though they were rude about it over the phone. Non negotiable, plenty of other places to give your money to if your out and about and don't feel like making a simple...
