LOVE the food but it's more expensive then most fast food locations. However the part-time employees get paid around $10 an hour and full-time staff can make up to $12 to $15 an hour. So with that being said... quality food means you're going to have to pay a little more even if it is fast food because they need good quality help. Good help is not cheap. They do have great employees which cost more. I've never had a bad experience there or at any other Chick-fil-A location. They've never forgotten to put anything in the bag and they're always on point, very polite, positive and upbeat and I can't say anything bad about Chick -fil-A. The only dissapointment is when you bite into a piece of chicken and you get a bite of griss that you hate. However, that's inevitable with chicken. You're always going to get that one bad bite of gristle but that's very rare, few, and far between. I'll always get a craving on Sunday when they're not open. Lol. It just sucks that they charge you extra to replace french fries for a healthier side item like the granola parfait. I think adults just like the children's menu should be able to choose a healthier side rather than french fries. The children's menu has substitution for their fries and that's why I like it because my son can actually eat healthier there than at McDonald's or Sonic or anywhere else kids like to go they have healthy alternatives like applesauce or fruit cups. I like that they provide milk for the children. I think the adults should have the same option as well but they don't. All the meals cost like $2 more to substitute out there fattening french fries for a healthier option like their granola yogurt fruit parfait...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have been coming here for a couple years now and have always loved coming here for the great food and usually super kind, friendly staff. Today we ordered lunch and I got a salad instead of my usual nuggets and fries meal, my boyfriend getting his usual nuggets and fries and us both getting large sweet teas. It was busy but it’s lunch time so no biggy but when I go to receive my order the woman says it’s ready and doesn’t even have the other half of my order, just a salad, Chick Fil A sauce and utensils, no salad dressing, other meal or drinks and begins to tell me that while I ordered two ranches I can only receive one because of the shortage which irritated me that they would allow me to put in for more than one and not follow through with their promises which she had made a huge ordeal out of telling me they could only allow one as though I was the one running the app it’s all my fault. She then walked away after finally giving me the rest, we drove to our destination to eat and she didn’t put a single ranch in there, if you have ever had a salad you know the dressing always makes it so I drove back and the man I talked to was busy and said “give me a minute” in an irritated tone as though I had done this on purpose and I saw the woman in the background snickering. As I said my boyfriend and I frequent this Chick Fil A weekly so needless to say I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this experience, especially after just about a month ago we had stopped for a late night nugget run and in his 12 received 8. Read moreOut of all the times I've been to Chick Fil A. This by far was the worst. I got the wrong sandwich in the drive thru line. A spicy chicken sandwich is different than normal deluxe sandwich. I got some cilantro lime sauce instead of barbecue sauce for my nuggets, I didn't get. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and got 3 strips instead. Everything else was correct. I would call and complain but when I ordered via person standing out in the cold. I didn't get a chance to scan my app and I didn't get a receipt to show proof of purchase. So, how am I suppose to show proof! I don't have time to run all the way back out to the resturant with my incorrect cold food or have time to call during a busy evening to speak to someone that probably can't do anything about it, because I don't have a receipt. I've got a newborn at home. So my precious time is scarce. I hope this reaches a manager or someone who can help me. Thank You.
