Smoothie King — Restaurant in Saint Peters

The young girls working here not sure of their names . Have the worst customer service. The smoothies here are great whenever these young girls arnt flirting with boys and not making the smoothie I ordered . I come here everyday , and it’s the same girls every single day hanging out with their boyfriends I’d assume being it’s the same boys leaning over the counter everyday . The smoothies are never consistent , zero work ethic and no pride in the food they are making for people . I would really love to see this place improve . This location has been extremely inconsistent in quality since they opened. They are often not open during posted times. They often have issues with their mobile orders. I just went to pick up an order I made on the mobile app. They claimed they never received it. Wouldn't just make the order or give me a refund, though I had the order from their own app showing that I made an order from their store and was charged. I had to look up an email address online ro find a way to request a refund. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like that has happened. We won't be coming back to this...

Very condescending rude teenagers working there,, always a hassle trying to ask question. they pretend like they cannot hear you. I have had this experience multiple times. you can the stress on there faces as if there job is a challenge. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
