BEWARE OF RESTOCK FEES!!!!!!! Sales advise you have 120 days to check your mattress to see if it's right for you, and how simple it is to EXCHANGE a mattress for 100 bucks(pickup and delivery). No mention of a 10% restocking fee up to $250, which mine would've been $250 minimum because my mattess was $3400. Plus add the $100 for pickup and delivery ($350). So once you buy, you are in the hole for 10% and exchange delivery fee, no matter what! If I wanted to RETURN it and buy a matress somewhere else, I would've had to pay 20% and an a higher $195 for pickup plus $90 for the non refundable mattress protector. Putting me back 790. Whoa!

Yes, the info is given to you on a pamphlet AFTER you BUY and SIGN your name on the agreements! Not told before!!! This should be clearly brought up before purchase considering choosing a mattress/laying on it, takes more than an hour in your store. Who can spend the night? Umm no one? Mischievous if you ask me. Had a wonderful experience at this particular store very helpful acknowledge me soon as I walked in,, gave information I needed to help me mk the right choice for my needs ,, unlike the 1st store I went to in offallon off hwy k well Bob never acknowledged me look at up at me still never spoke .. watched me walk around the store helped another couple once they walked in , even looked at me again went bk and sat down without speaking when I finally walked over and asked why .. he said because I was on the phone ,, I told him even still u could Hv spoke when I walked in and at which time I would hv gladly let u know my sister was on the phone to assist and help me ask the right questions considering she had the bed I wanted needless to say that’s how I ended up at the 2nd store and so glad I did my bed will be here...

Ken at Mattresses Firm was super helpful! My husband and I (long story short) had contracted a big name company to redo our carpet. The company broke our bedframe, and we are in limbo waiting to hear from their claim department. In the mean time, we’ve been sleeping on our mattress on the floor (I’m pregnant and we both have bad backs). We’ve been on a full mattress and saw this as an opportunity to finally upgrade to a king. Ken helped us find a mattress that would be the best fit for both of our comfort, and he gave us an amazing deal on a basic metal bed frame for the sake of getting us up off the floor until we figure out the bed frame issue.
