The owner was totally rude and unprofessional!! He made my sandwich wrong and refused to remake it or give me my money back. He put all the blame on me instead of taking any responsibility for it at all. I don’t care about the money at the end of the day it’s a $10 sandwich it’s the principle that when you own a business and you make a mistake you do whatever you can to make it right. He told me I could buy this another sandwich or take the one I already had. Perfect example of why some people should NOT be given money to own their own businesses. And this guy owns 4 subways!! I I would not frequent his establishment or any of his establishments as he does not know customer service and how to take care of people. Read moreI attempted to order via the app, but this location was not accepting orders via the app for some reason. Therefore, I couldn't use a coupon from the app, which was a bummer. When I went into the store, they refused to make an egg & cheese sub for me, saying they had the ingredients but Subway only sells it at breakfast time, which is incorrect as I've been able to purchase it at other times of day in-store at other stores and via the app with no problem. Read moreCHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Husband placed order here to bring home and gave me the receipt. Noticed they charged us for a meal when we only got a sub. Called store and they said we had to come back in to get refund!!! Only store that does this. I went in later that night. Teenage cashier took my receipt and said he would refund the sub to card. Two months later and still not refunded. Called corporate (no customer service) but I accidentally got someone who told me they no longer handle customer service and to talk to local manager (which I had) or my bank. Bank refunded 100%.
