Surprise surprise I have yet to hear even a canned response from anyone here. Pretty spot on for how the management/franchise owners care about their customers. Update: I ordered the Ghostbusters limited time box for delivery and didn’t receive the donuts I ordered with the ghostbusters decorations which were supposed to be 4 different varieties. I received one variety that was done as advertised yet that was a poor effort. The others were not even close. I’m attaching photos of what I ordered and what I received. At simplest terms this is false advertising and not fulfilling a purchase. If you can’t guarantee delivery of items don’t offer them to be ordered. From 5 years ago: Pulled up at the location 8:50pm, lights inside the establishment we’re ON, sign out front was ON, drive-thru sign was ON and lit up, business hours are till 9pm. When I pull up to the drive-thru I roll down the window and wait for a greeting, a couple minutes pass and nothing, even tried speaking thinking they may have missed a vehicle pulling up, still no response. So I pull up to the drive-thru window and can see employees inside, finally get one to notice me and they come to the window and open it immediately saying they close at 9pm and act like I’m stupid for even being there at this time, at this point it’s still a few minutes before 9 and all lights are on including the ones illuminating the drive-thru window area. If you’re not going to stay open till your posted hours they need to change. Also don’t have the place lit up like a Christmas tree when you’re not open. I wasn’t the only potential customer confused by the presentation of the store as while I was speaking to the employee and “manager” that came over another vehicle had been waiting at the drive-thru sign ready to order and I’m sure not getting any communication. At minimum this is horrible business practice to draw in customers that aren’t able to use the establishment during supposed “normal business hours”. Turn off your outside lights, turn off your drive thru sign so people don’t think they can order, and stay open till your posted business hours are through.

Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon I visited this store, I went in to get a dozen of the ‘Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts’, I was told they did not have any but they would have some later in the evening and that they would have plenty in the morning. The person working there suggested I call in the morning and tell them what I want and they would have them ready when I came to get them. She wrote down the store phone number one a card. This morning, I called to place my order, the person who answered said sorry we only are taking orders for 10 or more dozen, but they have plenty of Eclipse doughnuts. So, I headed to the store arrived at 7:15am the line of cars was wrapped around the building. I got in line. Over an hour and 15 minutes later I finally get to the order speaker, place my order and am told they are ‘temporarily’ out I asked how long ‘temporarily’ was and was told they are only filling online orders and that was the only way to get them. So I left. Pulled into a parking lot and placed an online order 12 ‘Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts’, for delivery to my work. Surprisingly the online order said would be delivered at 9:38am total was $31.88 plus tax; I was charged $33.66 on my credit card. The Door Dash driver promptly showed up with my order. Opened the box and it was just a box of assorted doughnuts (note there were 12 in the box, a co-worker grabbed one before I got the photo) NOT the Eclipse Doughnuts that I had ordered and paid for. I tried calling the store for an explanation; after multiple attempts no one answered the phone. Obviously, I got ripped off!

Sad, this location used to be great. Doors were open, you could walk in and order donuts and go. Who would think that is so difficult to accomplish with a donut store! Went on July 5th, doors are locked again, store looks empty. Drive thru line is there, so must be open. 30 minutes later, I left with donuts. That was with people pulling out and leaving the line too. While in the drive thru, you get to smell the garbage wafting from the dumpster and the back of the store, and watch the employees try to figure out what they are even doing there, let alone their existence. Then it took several minutes to put a dozen glazed into a box. No smiles, no friendliness... Trash cans filled with dough, who knows why. Dough all over the parking lot, the dumpster, in pales, boxes. One can only wonder. Definitely my last time here, I only stuck it out this time for the kids. At least the donuts were good in the end, but not as good as usual. Seeing the employees let's you know why it has gone to crap.

I don't even know where to start with this place. It's been going downhill for 2 years. I stop by or try to about every 3 to 4 months or depending on if they have a promotional donut like the Italy donuts or hogwarts donuts.

A few months back this place was closed for weeks. I heard it was because they were getting new equipment. Nothing in that place looked new when they opened back up. And magically the headsets work someday at the drive thru and others they don't. And the workers are to lazy to make a sign and stick it on the drive thru board saying "drive thru closed" so I've been in line waiting for 8 minutes with no cars moving before everyone in the line figures out on their own that the drive thru is closed.

Then some days the front door is locked but the side door is opened. Others the side door is locked but the front is open. Just very inconsistent and again no sign posted by the lazy workers.

If the drive thru is closed apparently they take some people's orders if you pull up to the window. Other people they won't acknowledge and you have to come in to a long line while the person at that pulled up to the window gets their order taken within seconds. They only have one person inside ever taking orders even if they have 8 employees there and half walking around.

They constantly run out of donuts by 10AM. Sometimes even at 6:30AM they don't have half the donuts ready for the day. Again very inconsistent.

Today I tried getting the hogwarts donuts as I've seen them all over social media and they taste great according to people. Got to this location at 6:20AM drive thru of course broken or so they claim. Went inside worker took 5 minutes to put 12 donuts in a online order box. She was moving as slow as she possibly could for whatever reason. When it was my turn to order I asked if they had any hogwarts donuts and she said they didn't make any yet. Yesterday I tried to go on lunch break and they ran out of hogwarts donuts at 10AM.

I don't even know if this place has a manager and if they do. What are they even doing?

I've worked in food, not fast food but an actual restaurant so I understand things. And this place doesn't get any pass they just are horribly managed and hire...

I went to this location this past Friday i ordered 6 glaze creme filled and asked to have an extra dash of creme filling the clerk at window wants to tell me they can't put any more filling inside n there not filling any donuts at that time there already filled tgey have to set up a machine and weight them, i asked for manager Keith the manager comes to window and wants to argue with me on not filling them any more i explained to him i used to work at Krispy Kreme never heard of having to measure n weight them all we did was fill donuts using 2 prongs u place the donuts onto a filled automatically it only takes a second. He offers to give them to me free he givrs me the box i open 2 of them i said see this is what im talking about there's barely any creme filling in the donut! I hate these restaurants always wanting to rip off the customers by cutting back on ingredients while going up in prices, i refused to accept because the manager was more interested in arguing with me than making me the customer satisfied so i told him they've lost me as a customer permanently! I've worked in different forms of customer service all my working life and I've always been taught its better to please the customer than to loose them. But these people nowadays don't understand having satisfied customers over dissatisfied customers especially in this world were so many businesses are going out of business should be welling to do whatever it takes to keep customers coming back!.

As a whole Krispy Kreme donuts have not only gone up in price they have also gotten smaller when i worked there years ago a dozen glaze was $ 4.35 an where much bigger and tasted alot better now there $10 a dozen and smaller annot as good as they used to be, sick and tried of restaurants getting over on...
