I rarely eat at any fast food places, but had a craving for some Taco Bell Burritos. I came here past Midnight (Sunday/Monday 24-25 July,2023). At first, I saw someone coming out of the store and I walked in wanting to eat inside. As I was trying to order on the touch screen, I was told that the dining room had closed at 10 pm and that I would have to use the Drive Thru and the person I saw coming out was a driver from one of the food delivery services picking up a customer's order. It was obvious that they were extremely busy, yet they were very patient and polite with me. No problem. Everything was great with my order. Today, I looked online and wanted to order the Deluxe Build Your Own Cravings Box. I got to the store at around 9:25pm and couldn't find it on the touch screen. I asked and was told that it must be ordered using the app. Ok, so I downloaded the app and got it ordered. It only gave the option of getting it through the Drive Thru, yet they allowed me to get it at the counter and Dine-In. Again, everything was Great. Look, I hardly eat at any Fast Food places and things have changed so much as to how to place an order since the Pandemic, yet I was treated with nothing but respect and politeness both times. I will make this Taco Bell (3600 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL) a regular...
Read moreThey need to start cleaning house beginning with the management. Barely any food inside four taco shells. Items left out of my order. Food smells like vape. Employee outside vaping. Window worker acting like she’s on speed, leaving things out of my order that appeared on the screen, no “hello” and no “thank you.” No caring about the customer whatsoever. It’s robbery to charge ten or more dollars for a Taco Bell meal and then get barely any food inside the taco shells and the tortillas, but that’s what this place does. It should be punished by law and termination of employment I bought two meal combos and paid over twenty dollars and found out after I left that I had hardly enough actual food in my bag to amount to one whole combo meal, and I ultimately had to have dinner elsewhere. This Taco Bell should be shut down for fraud and theft of the public’s money in exchange for tiny amounts of food that are barely thrown together and of questionable food safety. Fire the district manager, fire the store manager, and keep going. Replace everyone or shut this location down. The BEST Taco Bell in the Tampa Bay area is on Ulmerton and it’s worth the drive. I have been ripped off by these druggie kids for...
Read moreIts my boyfriends birthday, and all he wanted was taco bell for dinner. We place an order on door dash and the first order gets stolen off our porch so we place a second order. The second order we wait almost an hour before I contact my door dasher and he tells me that the taco bell is saying someone already took my order from the shelf and they refuse to remake it. So I then try to call this taco bell I ordered from to ask about it and they do not answer after a few calls. Then I receive a call from door dash support saying they can't get in contact with the taco bell either and at this point I explain everything and all they could do unfortunately is refund us. I just don't like the way this situation was handled by the taco bell, if someone stole or took my order from the taco bell by mistake that's not my fault, I don't understand why they couldn't just remake it (that's what we did when I worked at a store that did door dash). I think that just placing orders on a shelf for anyone to just grab is a horrible system that allows these things to happen far too often, and they should be checking who's taking the orders like we did at the store I worked at so these things...
