I have been ordering from this place since they opened years ago. I this evening placed my normal order for delivery. I get my good, within 10 minutes im am not feeling well. I get violently ill on this food. I immediately call them to let them know something was not right! I am given noting but a run around i ask to speak to a manager and am told excuse that they are busy. They also tell me to go to the hospital i have already gotten sick on their food and just at this point asked for my money back ! I'm told they cant do this i should go to the ER, this is over $25 dollars. I inform them me going to ER and giving them the bill is much more than what I'm asking. I am told again they are too busy to take care of a customer.
I'm sorry but what am i missing? The food has made me sick and this is how they take care of the issue is by continuing to pump more food that can make others ill out the door ??? I asked again to speak to a manager... They say they are talking one instead of the manager talking directly to me (the customer).
I will be calling the health department and any other agency. That is just terrible way of dealing with potential food being spoiled. Like i had said i have been ordering from them for years never much of an issue so i find this to be an isolated incident that should be taken care of in a better way than this.
When i call back I'm told i have to now bring food to them when i ordered delivery. Really... I fail to understand what is so hard to take care of this in a better manner than this.
Sincerely, A very...
Read moreI have ordered from China King for about 15 years and always enjoyed. Tried others and always liked their food best! The last two months I have ordered, the food is completely different. When I ordered in September was the last time the food was the same and good. The krab rangoon has a different filling, therefore a totally different taste. The boneless spareribs used to be so delicious but tonight they were tough, pink in color, and super salty. The egg rolls have a pink tint inside and the Mongolian beef sauce has changed. I called to ask if ownership has changed but was told nothing has changed and the food is the same - everything’s same except for shape of krab rangoon. Also, even though I requested hot mustard the last two times ordering, I did not receive even though tonight I requested it in 3 different areas of ordering. Last month I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe a new distributor of the food but now I realize this is the new menu. Pictures included are previous boneless spare ribs vs. now (with noodles) and current egg roll. Unfortunately I will need to find a new place to order...

Pork Egg Rolls were excellent - hot and crispy. House Special Fried Rice is some of the best I've ever had. Moist with Onions, Shrimp, Chicken, Beef and Pork. Moo shu Chicken is really good, with cabbage, carrots and onion, along with plum sauce and 5 thin pancake-like wrappers. Kung Bo Chicken was chock full of chicken breast slices, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onions, peanuts and baby corn - mild spices. Shrimp lo mein was full of tender shrimp and delicious lo mein noodles. Sesame Chicken was lightly battered and fried, in a sweet and tangy sauce. Dinner for 5, delivered in 20 minutes, was $72.00. Extremely reasonable in today's market. I highly recommend China...
