Oh my, and not in a good way. I had gone here many , many years ago. I remembered it was okay. Has anyone who gave 2 stars or above ever been to France or any part of Europe, or even gone to a real Bakery. If I could take a picture I would of the thick , heavy and I do mean heavy like a loaf of hard dough bread with a mixture of some sort of almond flour and filler as a filling which apparently turns to a cement ball inside the already hard croissant. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ,A CROISSANT IS FLAKY AND LIGHT IN WEIGHT. A tell tale sign is her explanation of using the same flour for everything. What??? What happened to puff pastry or pastry dough, this is what she needs to use. The Fresh Market or Whole Foods , which I thought was sub-par , is exceptional compared to this cafe croissants or pastries. My friend feels bad that Iām writing this , but I wish more people would have and I wouldnāt...

Beauitful Italian family, wonderful food made with love, everything is fresh and all the ingredients chosen with detail. You donāt come across local love like this often. This family and bakery has become a morning ritual on Sundays for me. If you havenāt been into this place, youāre missing out on some real neighborly love, and care. They care for me as if Iām a daughter to them. Itās impossible to leave their without dessert....
