I am not the one that posts positive or negative reviews but my experience here was on the negative end of the spectrum. The service during lunch was horrible today. We got there around 12:40pm and the server didn’t even come to the table until 1pm then said he was busy because he had all the party tables even though our table was just 5 adults and 2 kids. He took our order and didn’t even get all of the drinks right and one person was left without a drink for over 20 minutes. One kids meal came out 15 minutes after the initial order which is great, however another person order a meal that included chips and salsa which never came until we escalated. Over the 1 hour sitting there with 2 young kids, we saw the “manager” who brought our drinks and helped us when needing our drink order and straws versus our own server who never walked by or asked if we needed anything. After 1hr I asked to speak to a manager because the kids were getting impatient and one kid almost finished their whole meal when they are usually a slow eater. When the “manager” came over, I explained the issue which was the server only came over to our table one time in 1 hour and the food was nowhere in sight, including chips and salsa which is readily available. The “manager” came back and said the salmon was “over cooked” hence why the food wasn’t out. That doesn’t explain why the rest of the food wasn’t brought out or why nobody came to explain before escalating, even the chips and salsa which is readily available like I said. So we asked for our food to be put in a to go box so we can take it home because we were tired of waiting and the service. The food eventually came out in to go containers but the “manager” never even said the word sorry. Not even for the inconvenience his team caused or anything of that nature. The “server” finally decided to show up with the check in which they only took off $15 plus another $5 for the inconvenient without them even recognizing the fact the fact they never said sorry or explained why the server never came by after taking the order. A courtesy check up on drinks or explain why the kitchen is behind is all that was needed to squash any issues. The “manager” and “server” never did that. I understand the issues with lack of employees due to the pandemic but this location wasn’t busy when we walked in and plenty of tables around us where getting food and drinks served to them after we had already sat down. In my opinion, this particular Chilli’s location needs to improve on their customer service if they want anyone to return to their establishment. Read moreOur server Maria was rude and inconsiderate and aggressive towards my spouse and children. We arrived and had to seat ourselves as no one was there to greet us or seat us. Then our server had an attitude because we came in to dine in. She was hostile when my family took 10 minutes to decide what to eat. She was rushing us through our meal. Making it not enjoyable to eat. We ordered our food and it was brought out at two separate times not together. That is not acceptable to me. When she brought out my spouses dinner she came back with-in five minutes with his birthday dessert. How was she supposed to eat a hot meal while her ice cream brownie lava cake was melting. This was our first time at Chili's and it was my child and my spouse's birthday. She was not helpful and attentive at all. I had to seek out my server in the backroom for her assistance. Because of her rude demeanor it made us want to box our meal up and leave. Ultimately question if we will ever come back to this restaurant or Chili's at all. Is this how your staff treats their customers? I wish I was able to talk to higher management to help in our server malfunction.

I visited this location tonight around 9:00 I walked in as there was a wait my boyfriend was finding a seat at the bar and customers got up so he waited before sitting down to get the area cleaned. The bartender Chris looked at him 3 times and still didn’t acknowledge him and finally said do you want this clean? Then I approached and said yes. He asked what we wanted to drink got our drinks(which was the best part of our experience) then ordered our food and I always got the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas at the other largo mall and us 19 location without any issues but this time was different. My corn tortillas came out burnt and overcooked and when I picked them up the tortilla was crunchy and broke apart. So I proceeded to tell Chris I’m not one to complain I would like this item taken off my bill and I do not want a replacement. My boyfriends steak and chicken fajitas were not RARE WHICH HE STATED HE WANTED. When I asked for another drink he didn’t even acknowledge that my boyfriends drink was empty for 8-10 minutes and didn’t offer if he wanted a new one and I had to flag him down to get him another drink. When it was time for the bill the bartender goes the manager took off $7 is that okay? I got the 3 for $10 and instead of comping the whole meal they took $7 off. On top of that a manager NEVER came to me and asked what happened. Needless to say i WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION and I’m embarrassed that I even have to be writing this right now.
