The people in that store work hard and you can tell they really care (more about that later). BUT the place is a s… show, it’s very disorganized. Deliveries from that store have ALWAYS been problematic so “I thought” it would be easier to pick-up lol I got there early and my pizza was still in the oven. But as it turns out (while I was waiting) it went out the door to the wrong person. Okay “I thought” no big deal, they’ll made another and honestly I didn’t mind waiting! From previous experiences I knew this was going to be a show I wanted to watch, and I wasn’t disappointed lol. In all I was there about 40 minutes. And in that time there had to of been at least half a dozen other foul ups. The calls were coming in, delivered the wrong pizza , walk-ins being handed the wrong or incomplete order, orders not being filled, you name it! The store looked well staffed but that I can’t say for certain. In my humble opinion theres just one think wrong with that location… management. Management doesn’t have a clue or more likely their so darn busy they just don’t care. Oh btw… the pizza they had to remake, it was wrong lol… I knew it wasn’t correct because the manager showed and asked me if I’d wanted it anyway. At that point I had seen enough, anything else would of just been a repeat. I eat just about anything but I knew my wife wouldn’t touch it, she hates thick crust pizza. Read moreordered online for carryout, and it said the order would be ready in 15–20 minutes. When my friend went to pick it up, the order wasn’t there—and it looked like someone had already delivered it to the wrong customer.
The only person in the store was the pizza maker, and honestly, it wasn’t even his fault. He was left completely alone to handle everything—prepping, making pizzas, and dealing with confused customers. When he checked the receipt, he just said “for some reason” and couldn’t explain why the order was missing. He had to remake it from scratch.
Apparently, there were four people scheduled, but three were out on deliveries, leaving him to do the work of an entire team by himself. There were no prepped ingredients, so he had to prep and make at the same time. When the delivery drivers came back, that’s when I saw they were also the prep crew, cashiers, and phone operators.
It’s honestly ridiculous. I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait forever—and now, nearly two hours later, we’re still waiting.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s bad management. Don’t leave one person to run an entire store. It’s not fair to customers, and it’s especially not fair to the employee. If you’re going to make someone do three jobs at once, you better pay them triple.
I’ve worked in the food industry. This is not how it’s supposed to be. Teamwork matters. This branch desperately needs fixing.

Read moreI haven't ordered a delivery pizza in about 15 years but decided to do so today. You know, maybe it's better now with technology and all. I live about 10 minutes from this Dominoes so I figured it wouldn't be too long of a wait. I placed my order online and used their tracking "progress" app to monitor my pizza's progress. I was delighted when it said my pizza was on it's way for delivery. Like I said, I'm about 10 minutes away. So, 10 minutes go by. No biggie. Then 15 minutes go by. Still, no big deal. Maybe there is traffic. Then 20 minutes. Okay, ridiculous and how likely would it be that the pizza would even be warm. I call and Crystal tells me they are short on drivers and my pizza left about 10 minutes ago. So much for the honesty and accuracy of the tracker app. 10 more minutes go by and my pizza arrives. My pizza has now been out of the oven for well over 30 minutes. I tip the driver $5 because goodness knows it isn't his fault. As anticipated the pizza was stone cold. So then I have to heat it in my oven for another 20 minutes to get it hot enough to eat. This cost me $21 plus a $5 tip. SERIOUSLY? I could have had a lot of different meals for $26.
