Coming into Dunkin Donuts one of the entrances we're blocked off because it was getting painted which was understandable. it was the actual cashier that was completely disrespectful unprofessional and poorly trained. The lines out the door as well as the traffic down the street I asked for it iced coffee regular cream and sugar Carmel with no ice and my husband asked for just a regular caramel iced coffee and we got two Donuts this process took over 30 minutes the first time she rang us up she cash it out as cash then asked us if we had cash I told her no we were going to use a card she rolled her eyes and grunted and yelled that she needed a manager and that's not even the worst part when we first came in she almost Bumpass me while looking me up and down to lock the door behind us because that was the side that was under construction I guess then goes back to the counter to gossip about how much her manager sucks to a customer with another employee. That took 10 minutes alone of our time. then we finally get our drinks both of them had no cream and sugar so I asked him if they could put cream and sugar in it and there was no mocha or caramel so we left that alone that there was no more a Carmel because I didn't want to mess up the drink anymore and the drink itself taste like water I had absolutely no sugar taste no coffee taste it tastes just like water and creamer it was absolutely disgusting and at this point we still don't even have our Donuts 30 minutes in so I have to call for somebody inside of the store to get our Donuts the guy who came and corrected the screen I guess he might be the manager said he has to go and bust out the swinging door and left the store with cars still all the way in the road waiting for coffee and somebody finally realizes that we are still waiting for our donuts finally get our Donuts it was just an absolute mess the floors look greasy and I did not see them change their gloves once when they were going back and forth from register to cooking to grabbing the donuts that's absolutely disgusting and and against health code regulations I am absolutely disgusted with my experience here today I should have just stayed on the beach now I know to only get coffee...
Read moreReally tired of this place. I have been here for 5 years (before all the luxury condos went up), and we stopped coming about 2 years ago because not only was the service so bad, but we would get things like sour milk, and our food not cooked properly.
After the condos went up, we decided to give them a try again. We did have a nice time before today, but it was apparently an isolated incident.
What happens is there are usually 1 or 2 people who really try hard to give at least the bare minimum but the majority seems to really have some kind of toxic personalities where they really don't care and I think the ones that do care do not last long because of this.
Today I had food that was definitley undercooked. Totally unacceptable. I dont care if service is bad, people are rude, or its just a hassle, but I draw the line at not cooking food thoroughly.
We really hoped with the new people movimg into the area that thid Dunkin would be whipped into shape but it hasn't happened. I think now people are just avoiding it.
Whoever the corporate or franchise owners are, you guys have definitley lost a lot of money. I see now all the amazing remodelling and upgrades that have happened but training and honest workers are your weakest point. Its been that way for a very very long time.
Its really sad because like most people in the area, it is so close to our daily commute to work (before getting on 275 or 19) and I would literally come here everyday if you guys would just get it together.
Im not really sure how to suggest fixing the problem, but I would say you need a big change up in lower and middle management. Then Id try real hard finding employees that actually give a darn.
Aint no way you guys are gonna compete with the new starbucks if ya'll don't get...
Read moreWent through the drive thru. Every item that I told the employee he repeated back to me incorrectly, and sounded confused. I kindly Corrected him so we could get the correct drinks. When we received our drinks the stickers on the drinks did not have the correct details of our order. I thought they may have just rang them in wrong, but we tasted the drinks and the peanut butter macchiato, which was labeled as a butter pecan macchiato, definitely wasn’t peanut butter. My drink had 1 pump vanilla and 3 pumps pumpkin but I asked for half vanilla and half pumpkin, and it had regular milk when I asked for oat milk. Came inside to politely tell them our drinks were wrong. A man, I think the manager, came up to us and with all the attitude in the world said “what’s the problem” I showed him how the stickers on the drinks said the wrong details. He said “that’s just how we rang it in, the drinks are right” I kindly said “no I don’t think so. The macchiato doesn’t taste like peanut butter and my drink doesn’t have oat milk” and he cut me off “you weren’t charged for oat milk”. I offered to pay the difference and he said “I’m not arguing with you” and turned around to remake the drinks. I overheard him tell the employee that they DID make the macchiato wrong. So he literally lied to me. I just don’t understand why he felt the need to be so argumentative with me, when I wasn’t even mad I just wanted the correct drinks that I ordered. I wasn’t rude at all, I honestly wasn’t even annoyed when I went inside to get the correct order. I just wanted to get the right drinks, especially because one drink had cows milk when I ordered oat milk and I’m lactose intolerant.
Then I got home and bit into the bagel I ordered and it’s hard as a rock. I think it’s old. This was so...
