What a nightmare. Ordered a sub and got there all for a rude guy (not going to say more) to ask me what I needed. Told him I'm picking up a order and he never said anything else. As he put my food on the counter I grab it and said thanks and have a good one. This piece of work said nothing, I asked him was he having a bad day. He said nope with a blank look as I told him he should be nicer. So it made me a bit mad so I then called the location after I left to speak with a manager. Oh boy, the guy answers the phone with hello. Not thank you for calling Hungry Howies , no nothing as if he was answering his cell phone. I asked him for a manager and he said I am what do you need. As I explained to him how he should answer the phone ( yes I'm the manager how can I help you). Doesn't take much education to do that but I can see they lack that at this location. Anyways, so he hangs up and I called back. Got another guy who answers the phone with hello also. Now this guy named Scott oh boy what a winner says he's the owner. Boy did we go from bad to worse in a matter of seconds. He asked me what do I want. I didn't tell him what I want is for you to get a education and some customer service skills. But I did mention I was needing names to call corporate and complain. Do you know and of course I recorded it, that he said you can call corporate and all they are going to do is send me an email about it. So what.... Wow just wow Its so sad that there are good people out there looking for jobs and are down on their luck. Then some how you get this uneducated, rude and ungrateful moron actually owning a spot and hiring his buddies with the same moron skills and work ethics as him. Boy I tell you its so sad how customer service has gone down the drain. However my suggestion is to not get anything not even a water from this place. Read moreI placed a (pick up) order on (uber eats) I sent my son in to grab it they had it tapped so I didn’t think to check it we finally got home I look at it and it’s THIS (picture attached) like what in the hell is this I’ve been getting hungry howies from this location for over 4 years now and never had a issue with them I paid for (EXTRA) : mushrooms, black olives, extra mayonnaise, two sub sets, and paid for 3x the cheese ! Mind you on uber eats it is $1.50 to add extra so I paid almost $20 for a $9.00 dollar sub… which was made horribly I called the store the man that answered said there is nothing he can do about it (they made it) and his manager said there is nothing they could do about it and I needed to take it up with uber eats…. Which I placed a review because this is not what I paid for but uber eats don’t like to pay people back for little things like EXTRA i don’t really care at this point because there is nothing I can do about it now I guess but the FACT that they made it this way shows they don’t care about their business or customers!!! What kind of sub is this where is my extra cheese ? My extra black olives? My extra mushrooms? This is the most PLAIN sub I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been ordering these half my life I prefer them over pizza anywho… if you want a good sub this location is NOT IT!!!!! Read moreI am a regular customer as in me and my family doesn't order pizza from anyone else, I ordered a large 4 topping pizza my pizza was made perfectly so no complaints theres, when it arrived placed it on my table and opened my box half my toppings and its cheese fell in one direction of my pizza. I had family over who has never had hungry howies so this was a big disappointment to me l as to call to make an complaint I'm told that there is nothing that can be done because he has to talk to his driver first to see if he noticed the box tipped and he would return my phone call. None of which happened when asked to speak to a different manager at a different time he chuckled and proceeded to tell me he's the General manager (no worries though, I was directed by an outside source as in who to contact and will be doing that today.) I can care less about a free pizza I have 3 free pizza awards, that's how often we order from them.
