I bought a Smok Novo X less than a month ago from this location. For the first three weeks it worked great, and then I noticed it was pretty hard to get a good vape, and then started getting mostly juice. I looked online for suggestions, made sure the contacts looked clean, made sure to not fill the pod more than half way, but still had the same problem. I went back to the location and bought new pods thinking I might just have a bad one, but still had the same problems. I tried to exchange my device at the location today, but was told I have to go through Smok since it has a warranty. I looked at reviews on here before I even went back and noticed the owner commented on a previous post that anything outside of thirty days would need to go through the manufacturerās warranty. I figured after reading that, since Iāve had mine less than thirty days, that the shop would replace it, but that wasnāt the case and was told to go through the manufacturer. Iām giving two stars because the employees I dealt with in the beginning seemed really helpful, however when having an issue with what seems like a defective device, I was told all sales are final, that itās a small business and that the owner would take a loss so I needed to go through the warranty. Eli always goes out of his way to make me feel like I'm part of the shop's crew and not just another customer. 2 Gabe is another one of City's top shelf sales experience consultants (okay, that's sounds cheesy but he's more than just a Clerk) that is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the products he represents. He also welcomes an opportunity to have a chat on anything that fancies my interest. 3 City's loyalty program rocks! Who doesn't love the feeling that comes from being asked if you'd like a $5 discount on your purchase? St, Petersburg is full of smoke/vape shops, many that are closer to me (than City), but those other guys are not going to give me the extra time to have a bull sesh. Plus, I've never left unsatisfied (my fave not in stock? requires a special order? no problem for Eli or Gabe!). IMO, Eli & Gabe make City the better place to go and as long as they stay on-board w/City, I'll continue to drive the extra distance to hit up City...

After many visits to a nearby shop where I was never appreciated, received absolutely no warmth, not even a smile and at other times downright rude, it was such a hugely pleasant experience at Smoke City! The gal there was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. She knew her products thoroughly, offered me several different devices and ideas for what I needed and had the nicest smile going!
