McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

if I could give 0 I would but that s not how this works...they never ever have what I want, or what they advertise. I saw online they had pumpkin spice coffee available, when I got there waited in a long line for 5 minutes before I got to order, saw they had the pumpkin spice iced coffee advertised on the order board asked for it and they, of course, don't have it. I rarely go because they stopped doing salads and that is mainly what I eat, but once in a blue moon, every few months I crave the McGriddle. what a waste of time and money, should have pulled off and gone to Dunkin a few blocks away and got my chai late but.... I was stuck in the line for another 3 minutes before pulling forward since the other lane kept going, and going, and going... Never have any problems with the one by my old house in NE St.Petersburg on 4th, that one was lovely... moved back to my house in Gulfport, and ...this...shame too they rebuilt it and I had high hopes. Oh....almost forgot the utter flat attitude, affect and tone and complete dissonance of the female staff, the young guy taking my money was sweet though. the idea for fixing the problem... order necessary items expected to be consumed for the season, just like when they ran out of the McRib I wanted when I went for that.... or, although not ideal, change the board or tape some cardboard over the advertised item you never really have... I have come to the conclusion that I will not ever go here again, Ill drive elsewhere for it if I must have something, or simply go to Dunkin and spend my...

The customer service here is horrid. Take today for instance, I went thru the drive through (always a mistake at this location) and ordered a couple things that were on special. I asked the person taking my order to add a coke and fries as well. She mumbled something I couldn’t understand so I said “sorry, what?” And she then repeated my total, which was more than the special order items I asked for so I assumed she got the two extra items (fries and coke) I get to the 2nd window and the girl hands me my order. I say thank you TWICE, she doesn’t say a word, and walks away. So after seeing I was missing my fries, I sat there until she notices I haven’t left yet and opens the window. I tell her I didn’t get the fries I ordered. She said “there weren’t any on your order “. I said “I ordered them”. She then asks for my receipt and I look at it and sure enough I was not charged for the fries. I told her, “oh yeah, they’re not on here”, so she shuts the window and walks away. WTH??? Hey little rude ms thang! I still want them! I will pay for them! But no, she just shuts the window and walks away as if she got one over on me. I don’t know where these people get their manners from, and their customer service skills from, but all I can say is good luck with your future. They never say thank you. They never say anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I came through the drive through at about 9:45pm i order a $5 mcdouble meal deal with a spicy mc-chicken. i pull up to pay everything is good! i then get told to pull to spot #1 because the spicy mc-chicken needed 2 minutes. i sit for about 5 minutes. A young man who DOES NOT WORK at mcdonald’s (i knew because he had on pajamas) brings me out a spicy mc-chicken i proceeded to tell him what i got he said he will be right back. He then comes out again with the wrong order. i drive back around the drive through to let them know i have the wrong order and young lady tells me to pull to the 2nd window and let them know what’s happening i sit in the drive through for about 25 minutes with no movement. i then hear the manager tell the young lady at the window to clock out that she can no longer work past the time because she is a minor. I then wait for about 10 minutes a young man comes to the window and says “you look aggravated” i then say “yes i am i have been here now for about 45 minutes” i then finally get to the 2nd window( A whole new crew was working) i tell them what’s going on they take the order back then ask me to pull up and wait AGAIN i then ask “am i going to get my order if i pull up” he says “ “yes you will” so waited for about 10mins at this time i am honking my horn i am extremely mad at the time i am there for an HOUR. i eventually pull off with no food that was PAID for.
